Relaxing, just wish we'd had time to use the gym/spa facilities

Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Nice Clean room. Good location for everything we wanted to do.

The Art'Otel is a great hotel with great facilities - Another good stay !
Pros:

Great facilities - bars/restaurant and breakfast were high quality and the room was excellent. I have stayed here before and previous room was a large suite and very luxurious. Had a King Studio this time and was very adequate. Missed the music player !!

Cons:

The receptionist offered a poor check in service (unlike my first visit). She was pre-occupied with entering card data into a system was wanted to 'multi-task' while trying to register me .. I had to make remark that I wasn't impressed.
The Reception Staff are 'front of house' and must always welcome guests with positivity and 'gusto'. It's the first impression of the hotel that guests have and, for me, goes a LONG was towards Customer Satisfaction / Customer Delight !
