Location was good and staff were friendly
I was given a room that I didn't book, and was given a room with a disabled bathroom which I never booked but was the only room offered and when offered the room the receptionist said its the same room I booked but with a bigger bathroom which was the case the toilet was too hight and couldn't sit on it properly and also the room was very dusty I didn't get a chance to take photos as I was only staying the 1 night but I feel it wasnt value for money whats so ever and didn't feel like a 5star hotel at all Make this sound smarter and more professional

Modern fun hotel with lots of thought. Loved the pillow selection and how they had tablets in the room to order extra. Also the toiletries were first class.
Expensive for what I is and where it is. Better hotels in better locations available in London.
The spa facilities could be lovely. However the booking system clearly doesn’t work. Unregulated use of the pool is dangerous at best. Small pool with 30+ people in when we attended. Most of these were children jumping/bombing in. Absolutely no way you can swim. Definitely not relaxing.
If you are exploring the area go East rather than West from the hotel. West is not a very pleasant area.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent. Our waitress, Jola, was incredibly friendly and kind. There were no lines. A wide selection of dishes and toppings.

This new art´otel is very impressive. The furnishings, the rooms, the facilities and especially the bar on the 25th floor were all excellent. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Simply top-notch!
