Pros:

Location was perfect as there was lots to do nearby and a station 5 minute walk from the hotel to travel. Staff made a very warm welcome and we were amazed with how beautiful everything was in the hotel. Definitely better than the pictures !!

Not 5 star experience
Pros:

Comfy bed, lovely shower, huge TV, room very comfortable

Cons:

It just wasn't giving 5☆ vibes at all. Looks good but just lacking the extra you expect from 5star, we have stayed in 5star all over the world and I just wouldn't rate this as 5star.
We had lunch downstairs and the chicken served was freezing had to send it back, they blamed the sauce making it cold but didn't make sense, staff were pleasant just not 5star trained.
The popcorn they gave on arrival was mainly the kernels, we had to ask where the lift was to our room and staff member seemed annoyed we had asked and that she had to walk us to it.
I wouldn't stay again not for the price just crazy

Not accomodating and bad service. The room was ok and hotel new
Cons:

They gave me a handicap room with a weird bathroom that had a shower courtain with was stained and they were kind of rude when I told them this. Then customer service representative or manager talked with me the next day and told me they might make a refund but never contacted me again.

Fantastic experience with Zak
Pros:

Beautiful room and was treated extremely well by the staff. Had a fantastic experience with Zak, it made our weekend. Highly recommend!
