Schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Wochenendtrip
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine wundervolle Sicht auf die Stadt, sehr freundliches Personal und eine schöne Bar im 25. Stock.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie wir es uns geplant hätten (Unsere Toilette hatte keine Bürste zum Reinigen?). Das Hotel ist tatsächlich etwas außerhalb gelegen, teilweise in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend, die Bahnstation ist rund 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt, Läden und Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Leider glich der Pool eher einem Kinderparadies, weshalb wir auf diesen verzichtet und stattdessen zur Entspannung das Dampfbad und die Sauna genutzt haben.

Bon hôtel dans un quartier sympa de Londres
Pros:

Un hôtel très confortable. La piscine et le spa sont très agréables et pratiques. La propreté est correcte. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment au top. L’accueil est chaleureux et le restaurant Solaya est vraiment super. À revenir !

Pros:

Tolle Aussicht und tolles Zimmer (hatten ein Zimmer im 22. Stock). Exzellentes Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Spa-Bereich sehr angenehm - auch der beleuchtete Pool. Auch Kinder sind willkommen

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbereich war mittels Klimaanlage zu kühl.

Wedding-Woche im art'otel
Pros:

Zügiger, äußerst aufmerksamer Empfang, hoher Schlafkomfort und ausgezeichnete Zimmerausstattung mit schönem Blick auf die Skyline von Canary wharf. Sauberkeit (innen) hervorragend, geräumige Zimmer, Bad und absolute Ruhe. Spa-Bereich ansprechend, Frühstücksangebot vielfältig und gute Küche. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen immer sehr höflich, zuvorkommend-Kompliment!

Cons:

Die Klimatisierung im Restaurant/Bar erinnert an hochsommerliche Außentemperaturen, mithin viel zu kühl, Gemütlichkeit kommt da nicht auf. Architektonisch interessantes Gebäude, doch die Fensterreinigung mit Spinnweben bei Illuminierung des Gebäudes im Außenbereich trüben dann schon ein wenig den Blick. Leider gibt es beim Besuch des Pools, Sauna viel zu wenig Liegen zum Entspannen.

We’ll definitely go to an Art’otel again.
Pros:

Really arty , funky, vibrant and clean.
Great bar and restaurant .

Cons:

Ironing board in room jammed Nina’s on getting it out had the iron drop on my foot and cracked a toe bone. Thank goodness for the ice machine by the lift!!

Chique hotel met goede service en ligging
Pros:

Ruime kamer, schoon, mooi uitzicht. Hotel heeft een prachtige eigen stijl.Ligt vlakbij bus en metro maar wel wat verder van de populaire sightseeing spots. Ontbijt was heel goed!

Cons:

Waterkoker en douchekop waren kapot. Zeep was niet bijgevuld. Alles werd na melding wel direct verholpen.

Supermodernes Verwöhn-Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel macht seinem Namen als Art-Hotel alle Ehre. Im Mittelpunkt steht stets der Gast. Man fühlt sich nicht nur gut, sondern man wird geradezu verwöhnt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 22. Stock und die Aussicht war traumhaft!

My new favourite hotel in London
Pros:

Stunning interior design, beautiful architecture, the most comfortable bed, and all facilities you could wish for, including a fully equipped gym with an amazing view. And the staff are super helpful and friendly. This is my new favourite hotel for my work travel

Cons:

The room was impeccable when I checked in, but throughout the week I could notice that even after cleaning, there was a bit more dust around. A bit more thorough cleaning every day to keep the room in it's initial condition would be great.
