Stunning modern hotel, with a great vibe.
Pros:

The hotel was very contemporary, the signature suite was amazing with fantastic views. So many extra touches in the room, very spacious and clean. Perfect location, a very relaxed hotel.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Cons:

Déceptions... peu mieux faire au vue du prix
Pros:

. L’hôtel est magnifique. La décoration réalisée par D*Face est impressionnante et donne une véritable identité au lieu. L’établissement est également très récent, ce qui est particulièrement agréable.
La suite que nous avions réservée était superbe, spacieuse et parfaitement fonctionnelle.
Enfin, le personnel de service s’est montré vraiment attentionné, professionnel et très gentil, ce qui a contribué à rendre le séjour agréable.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception s’est montré assez hautain et ne faisait pas vraiment d’efforts pour se faire comprendre. Même en parlant anglais, la communication restait difficile et parfois incompréhensible.
Au restaurant, la cuisine nous a servi un risotto avec un riz mal cuit. Heureusement, le maître d’hôtel a reconnu le problème et ne l’a pas facturé sur notre note, ce que nous avons apprécié.
Nous attendions également une expérience mémorable au spa avec un massage de 90 minutes, mais cela a été une énorme déception quant à la qualité du massage. Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant, mais la prestation ne valait absolument pas le prix demandé.
Nous avons aussi dû insister pour obtenir une chambre à un étage élevé, alors que cette option avait déjà été réservée via Booking.
Enfin, les fenêtres de la chambre étaient sales, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement de ce standing.

Pros:

Great location and a great room with a great view. I stayed here the nights before and after my wedding - the staff were really attentive and bought me a complementary drink which was much appreciated!

Worthy price and beautiful designed hotel
Pros:

Good
1. friendly staffs. Close to Old Street st. Bus top 205, 135 to Liverpool street.
2. Very beautiful interior design and security guards all day long.
3. Big room (Deluxe King) with enough spaces. No noise from outside at all.
4. Very pleasant shower heads
5. Good spa and professional gym areas
6. Nice view to the city

Cons:

Need to be better:
1. No breakfast buffet. We had to choose hotels nearby to get buffet for app 25 GBP
2. Human hair in bed sheet first day
3. Luggages and bags from the guests need to be put away in locker room immediately
