Pros:

It’s always a great experience here. I’ve come here often and I never have any complaints. The hotel is amazing and feels very homey and nice - I would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay in Edinburgh. The staff are always kind and very accommodating too!

A great stay
Pros:

The best pillows I've ever slept on. Room was clean, came with snacks and hot drinks, and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Nothing to report on this front. Breakfast a tad expensive so didn't bother.

Great room. Quiet and very pleasant. Staff were great. Everything in the room was lovely and good quality.

Crisps and biscuits complementary as well as tea and coffee.

Cons:

I saw there was a hotel restaurant so had looked forward to eating there. In reality there’s no restaurant and the bar and hotel were so quiet the bar was empty. So I popped round the corner for a take away pizza.

"The breakfast was à la carte style, with a menu to choose from. The chef prepared and served it fresh at the time. At the buffet section, there were only items like bread, cake, and fruits. It was tasty but a small menu. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They constantly asked if I needed anything. The restroom on the restaurant floor was excellent – the quality of the napkins and the scent of the soaps really impressed.The location is 15 minutes from the city center. The hotel is really new. It was a bit difficult to find the room — it was the first time I had seen such large and closely spaced fire doors. The room quality was excellent, down to every detail, from the water bottle to the glass. The snacks were also amazing. The staff were very helpful in every way."
