First class comfort and service with a smile!
Pros:

My daughter and I spent a few nights at the hotel during the February half-term 2026 and we had the best time ever. The location was perfect for public transport to and from the airport, and for getting into the old and new town for a spot of sightseeing.

We loved everything about our room: the complimentary snacks, fluffy towels, and the livestream 'window' of the football ground.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, chatty and kind: from Victoria in reception to Mark the amazing chef, and Kelly who served us at breakfast.

Cons:

We didn't like that we had to leave!

Exceptional experience and excellent stuff
Pros:

Every thing was excellent ad beyond expectation. Staff at reception were very kind and super helpful. the room was very clean, and there was loads of free stuff including drinks, coffee and water.

Lovely stay and would definitely stay again without hesitation.

The hotel was spotless and the rooms very lovely with very comfortable beds and pillows

Cons:

We dined in the skyline restaurant and the food was beautiful but I ordered a strawberry daquari and it was a bit of a let down at £12 I felt it was overpriced for what’s you get so I didn’t order another one.
