Great experience.
Pros:

Great location , good facilities, very clean bedroom, good size, well equipped. Lovely breafast with lots of choices. Easy parking. Superb overall.

Pros:

The hotel was right near the train and tram station so it was easy accessible if you didnt want to walk.

The hotel staff were amazing, we got a room upgrade at no extra cost and the whole experience was fantastic.

The evening room service was also of a high standard

Cons:

There was 1 male staff member on reception throughout the night whom was so rude towards us when trying to ask basic questions about breakfast in the morning

Lovely hotel and staff a bit expensive for Blackpool.
Pros:

It’s a new hotel and can’t really be faulted. Staff were superb. It’s just I was travelling with my elderly father who is a little deaf and the guests children were making a lot of noise. Not a bad thing really but the hard surfaces do little to dampen the racket and there is nowhere set up for them to play.
