Fabulous hotel in a great location
Pros:

The room was really spacious, pristine and a huge bed. TV a decent size. Toiletries provided which smelt lovely. Mini fridge with a bottle opener so you could chill your own drinks (Sainsburys supermarket directly opposite) walking distance to the tower and lots of bars/restaurants. Staff efficient and friendly

Brilliant service, overall a fantastic stay
Pros:

We welcomed and was understood by the separate bookings at the desk. There was 3 of us staying and we were missing a cup in the room so I went down and they gladly gave me a cup which is brill. Because we stopped for 2 nights our room was cleaned which I was suprised about when I got back after a long day out and it was perfect I forgot the name that did it but it was beautiful done so well done to the housekeeping team they do amazing as well as everyone else.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. The only thing I would say which has nothing to do with the hotel itself was the fact that the night clubs near by you could hear people coming on and out which the music that was blaring was super loud which disrupted sleep at times maybe because we were on the side where the clubs are, weather being on the other side is better I don't know.

I'm not a gym head but the gym is adequate but quite small.

Lovely warm spacious hotel friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Lots of space in the room, super decor throughout and some staff went out their way to be so helpful and welcoming

Cons:

I feel less hot breakfast items should be out at anytime due to them going cold, I had to ask to get mine warmed up as it was all cold at 9.20am. staff were very helpful but maybe a change in policy to renew hot items regularly.

lovely stay , would definately would stay again

Location is excellant, very close to all amenities including pubs and club and not far from the arcades and shopping
Room was very clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need ie iron, ironing board hairdryer and safe etc

Cons:

The breakfast wasnt brilliant, everything had dried up by the time we got there at 9am sausages were not nice at all, but what was there on offer for guest was more than ample and probably very nice when frest out of the kitchen
Parking was great at the multi story car park but we were told we would only pay £10 because we were guests at the holiday we actually paid £19
