Very comfortable stay, facilities were excellent and made to feel very welcome.
Pros:

Very new facilities, good size bedroom and great location for the Winter Gardens. All the staff were very friendly, especially the lady working at the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Nothing, bar a few guests who were quite noisy at breakfast.

Pros:

Le restaurant intégré propose des plats sympas avec des tarifs démocratiques.
Cet endroit sert aussi de salle de Pdj et de bar.
Trés coloré , c’est extrémement convivial.

Cons:

Le seche cheveux n’est pas dans la sdb mais dans l’armoire. Rien ne l’indique !

We would like to thank all the staff at the Hotel Holiday Inn in Blackpool, especially Martha and Lorraine for extra porridge every morning with a berry smiley, which always put a smile on my still tired face. You felt at home, looked after and pampered. Thanks also to Arron, who always tempted us to have a wine at dinner, for his fine sense of humor. We had half board and really enjoyed excellent cuisine with starter, main course and dessert. Thanks also to Lisa, who kept our beautiful, comfortable room tidy. And a thousand thanks to James and Mollie Mae, who had a solution to all of our problems. Hotel is in a perfect location right next to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the Winter Garden. We had booked and got three sunny days included and that in England, what more could you ask for ;-)

Cons:

Breakfast times… I came for the fitness convention and as classes started at 8am, it was hard/impossible to get in for breakfast. I won’t book breakfast next year…unless the hours change!
