Spacious studio, great location, and very friendly staff, would definitely stay again!
Pros:

We had a really lovely stay here. Our studio room was spacious and comfortable, with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed that worked perfectly for the three of us, we didn’t feel cramped at all. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and made it clear we could ask for help anytime, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, there are a few corner shops nearby, as well as a park which was nice to have close by. It’s also only about a 5-minute walk to Bethnal Green underground station, and from there it takes around 10 minutes to get into central London, which made getting around super easy.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the TV stopped working halfway through our stay, and the receptionist wasn’t always available at the time for us to ask about getting it fixed. Otherwise, there was no faults to this property!

It was ok.
Pros:

• The room was clean and tidy.
• There was a big-screen TV with YouTube, which was great.
• An iron and ironing board were provided, which was very useful.

Cons:

• The check-in experience was disappointing. I was asked to show my ID over the door camera before being allowed in.
• This led to an uncomfortable discussion, and I felt unwelcome on arrival.
• I was initially told the Booking.com access code alone was not sufficient for entry.
• Staff referred to house policies that were not clearly visible on the advert before booking.
• After entering, I noticed several additional rules/policies displayed inside the property that had not been disclosed beforehand.
• There were also hidden/additional charges that were not made clear in advance.

A couple of minutes walk to everything,great location,plenty of choice for food and a weatherspoons around the corner

Pros:

It was inexpensive. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

Despite booking all four of us at the same time, my family was split between different floors. The room was very basic.
