Nice and reliable place!
Pros:

Really liked the staff member Ali who was kind, friendly, and accommodated our needs. Definitely a good value for the price paid, quick and easy to check in and out. Location was a bit far from central London but some nice places to hang out in the Whitechapel area.

Affordable, safe and pleasant stay!
Pros:

Ali was a great host, welcoming and friendly. Ideal location for the festival at Victoria Park, and the most affordable option too! Felt safe and clean.

Cons:

We couldn't get the TV to work and there was no milk for cuppas (the coffee creamer was a bit old and clumped together)

Amazing stay! Highly recommend!!
Pros:

Had a really good time at the stay. The room was spacious and even though it had a shared bathroom, the bathroom was almost cleaned and proper hygiene maintained. The staff were very accommodating, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend and its value for money

Pros:

Great location and super supportive and friendly staff. It’s a great place to stay while visiting, or to live. The atmosphere and comfortable rooms will sure be part of your best memories.

Lovely stay in a good location
Pros:

Location was close to the event we were going to and not far from underground stops. The guest house itself was nice as pictured with the room and shared facilities being clean. Ali was really friendly so felt welcome from the start.

Cons:

Since we had a shared bathroom, would have to try to time well to use it (luckily we weren’t under time pressure)

Pros:

Personel was kind and tried to help within their options. Great location to get to anywhere necessary, close to center, many options for restaurants within 1-2 tube stops. Generally very calm area, close to Stepney Green or Bethnal Green, we had no issues to get anywhere with just one change.

Cons:

The usualy London tiny room, not very suitable for spending time during the day. Very firm pillows, bed for two very small and also very firm matress. I would not recommend it for more then 1 or nights (which was our case).

Pros:

Ali was great and efficient at check in - and very accommodating of early check in times. The room was clean with a good bed, tv and fan. The location is great for East London, we stayed here to go to All Points East at Victoria Park and it was perfect walking distance, allowing us to not have to rush from the guest house to the venue and to get back to our room within the hour of the festival ending.

Cons:

Perhaps a sign to inform the guests of there only being one staff member for check in, and to please wait at the desk. Just to inform expectations if others were confused.
