The staff were incredible, on my first day I arrived incredibly early, several hours before my check-in date, I needed a place to keep my luggage. the keeper, Amar, answered the intercom and came all the way to the hotel even though he finished his shift. HE CAME BACK AFTER LEAVING JUST TO HELP ME. absolute unreal levels of service🔥🔥
when I was leaving, the keeper, Ali listened to a concern I had about the room. he went out of his way to explore the problem and report back to me that everything was alright.
if I come back to London some time, I know where I'd stay again

Uncomplicated stay, clean rooms, nearby tube and bus stations and Ali was really friendly. Highly recommended for the price.
It can get a bit loud as the walls aren't too thick, and if you get shared bathrooms you might have to wait long if your fellow floormates take their sweet time

Very very hot room with a high-up, small fan that doesn't point on you at all when sleeping. Please add a more adjustable desk fan or something
