Pros:

The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Everything except the staff. It's very bad plus lot of moldy smell at the hotel. Not sure it is due to renovation or not.
Not only that, cabinet door is broken. Instead of put aside in the room, should be remove from the room. It's also for ppl safety.

It is ok
Pros:

It was ok. Small rooms. AirCon worked. There was hot water in the shower and everything normally found in a small hotel.

Not recommended, maybe the hotel about to close.
Pros:

Easy to access from main road, nearby with convenient stores and eateries.

Cons:

No supporting staff during Hari Raya, causing many issues that also involves other guests.

The room wasnt ready at 3PM, i checked in around 10 PM to get a room without any dustbin, and shower amenities. The staff/ receptionist also weren’t available most time, and take a long time to assist. Pls improve tq

Cons:

1. Hot water was not provided in my room, and the staff didn't inform me while checking in. How can a hotel run a business without this facilities. When i complained, the staff offered me to change the room. I am old and tired of changing the room again.

2. I saw a cockroach in the toilet.
and can not lock the toilet.

3. The room table and black carpet were very dusty and lacked of maintenance.

4. The room is relatively small

If you have a choice, take another hotel and not recommended.
