It was clean and tidy. It was central to what we needed. Food was very good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The windows were drafty and full of condensation in the morning
We stayed as a family of 4 (2 couples) fantastic hotel with great rooms sea view and very spacious. The bar and restaurant downstairs serves great food and good drinks. The staff were fantastic so warm accommodating and made our stay even better we will definitely return again. Well done guys

Nothing it was great
Food was lovely, we had small plates for a late lunch and then breakfast in the morning. Staff were super friendly.
When we arrived we were informed the booking system was down and was then informed that our original room above the pub had a leak in it. We were moved to a more basic room separate from the property. The room had a broken shower and a half eaten bag of crisps in the drawers. However, due to the staff having to change our room, they did provide us with a bar tab for a free meal and drinks and were very apologetic.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The room ,the check in experience .At check in we were told we'd already checked in and then the staff member realised he'd given our room to guests who should have been staying in the annex part of the hotel . Surely at check in you ask for the guests name and then give them their allocated room so off to a bad start.After a twenty minutes wait we were offered the annex room or another room in the hotel not what we'd booked Foolishly we took the room in the hotel ,which just happened to be on the top floor Going into the room there was an immediate damp and feisty smell and the room was freezing No views ,just one small window which you couldn't see out of and a pair of transparent ill fitting curtains which let in light ,which in turn lead to a very poor sleep with the room not getting dark in any way shape or form For anyone booking here it's room 11 so avoid it like the plague If you want to charge up all your phones , tablets and electrical goods this is the room for you it has many plug ports in the room It's not the most expensive hotel in the world and I still think it's good value but was glad we only there for one night
The location is great on the sea front. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The bar area is really nice with plenty of seating around.. the breakfast is really yummy and made to order 👌🏻 The staff was fantastic with exceptional customer service.. Great hotel/bar overall.
Lovely accommodation, right on the bay with exceptional sea views from our room. Staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast and a great parking space right behind the buildin. Room was comfortable and clean, looked newly decorated. Would stay again.

Lovely room with great view. Amazing shower, only thing let it down was the pillows, way too hard and kept waking up with a numb ear. Great location. Lovely breakfast.

The pub and staff were lovely , the room was nice and the food was beautiful. Dog friendly also and everyone was so kind.
The fact that everything was upstairs, the toilets to the pub and we were located on the very top floor. This isn't an issue but maybe make people aware when booking as there is no ground floor facilities
The room was modern and clean with a beautiful sea view. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was lovely. The evening meal was also excellent. I had the fish and chips and my husband had “the best chicken Caesar salad he’s ever had”
The shower was electric that you set to the temperature of your choice. However it kept randomly changing between burning hot and freezing cold. There was also no shelf anywhere in the shower for shampoo etc and no shelf in the bathroom to put things like toothbrushes etc.
We were also on the top floor up 3 flights of steep stairs.
Perfect location to explore Morecambe. Exceptional view of the bay and excellent pub.
