Cheap & cheerful you get what you pay for I suppose. Lovely location.

Cons:

Breakfast lacklustre. Boiled in Bain Marie.
Room could be cleaner. Shower drain blocked with another person's hair on arrival 🤢so water would not drain down.
Clean sheets on bed good. Very thin duvet I was cold like a Summer duvet in March.
Paint chipping off the walls. Front door glass broken so borded up.
Needs a make over.

The room was spacious with adequate wardrobe space.Bathroom small but well stocked with shower and constant hot water

AVOID, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Pros:

Nothing. Place was filthy, holes in walls and ceilings, windows were broken, carpets filthy, it smelled terrible, left without staying, was not offered alternative room. This hotel is nothing like the puctues on the site when booking Just told to "sort it with booking.com" had to book ino travelodge.
Will be seeking refund
