Location and parking on the road.
Really bad smell in the room. Most probably the shower drain pipe. An easy fix.

The owners were incredibly accommodating for my needs, I had a late arrival and a very early departure. Great communication and very accommodating, a perfect hotel for clean,comfortable and good value.

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage early before check-in. Breakfast was very good, and the TV had smart apps, so we could watch what we wanted without having to deal with dodgy signal issues.
This isn’t a luxury hotel, nor does it pretend to be. What it is, though, is clean, peaceful and comfortable, with a hearty breakfast. Very good value for money!
Staff were extremely friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, very basic, it was a very cheap rate so I didn't expect luxury tbh but it did have a sea view which was lovely in the morning. Breakfast was nice and the man at breakfast was very friendly and attentitive
Room was a bit cold in the morning and the heating didn't come on. Also the TV wasn't tuned in so I had to ring home to get my husband to help me work how to tune it in. No big deal.
