Wonderful!

The staff made this experience next-level. We were there during Storm Amy and honestly, had so much fun in the bar area with the staff and other guests. The property is so beautiful!

The building was superior. It gave you that old road feeling service was impeccable. We had cappuccinos by the fire listening to a live band. It was fantastic. Great great time would definitely go back.

Cozy Hotel embedded in a beautiful Landscape

Stayed here to visit Skye and see the Harry Potter train go by and it was the most incredible place to stay ! The hotel is cosy and has an authentic experience, rooms clean and comfy and the staff were some of the best I have experienced, attentive extremely friendly and helpful and present! We had an amazing breakfast both mornings and the evening food was really good too. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Over all very solid and pleasant experience. Property is fraying a little bit at the edges but not enough to matter. Dinner was excellent. Staff helped bring up suitcases to second floor without my asking.

Extraordinarily scenic area. Half of the experience is just the drive out here. It is walking distance to see the steam train. Decent restaurant and whisky bar. Plenty of old wood and fireplaces surrounded by comfortable chairs you can sit on as you sip that whisky and contemplate life.

We loved the history of this cozy lodge! A drink by the fireplace after dinner was so special!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel which has recently had a lot of money spent on improvements. It is in a beautiful location, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room, which overlooked the loch, was ok, however, the en-suite was tiny, more like a converted cupboard, there was a window seat but no other seating. The bed was comfortable, the linen and towels of good quality. Food was average, breakfast was limited, no pastries, fruit, bread, cheese etc. we ate on one of our evenings in the hotel which was fine but the menu wasn’t particularly imaginative so we ate elsewhere on the other evenings. Good parking, lounge areas and bar very pleasant.

It was the total package! I was so impressed with the staff that went out of their way to make your stay perfect! It was almost like they could read your mind. Food was exceptional. I would highly recommend a stay here.

A place to stay if you are a Harry Potter fan. Walk to the viaduct. The hiking up and over the train was amazing. Staff in the Hotel were fantastic.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and environment and easy to walk to the viaduc.
Very good personnel and restaurant.
Only inconvenient point, bathroom door was not closing in our room.
