The Ashford Arms is a perfect gem of a hotel
Pros:

The Ashford Arms is a perfect gem of a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in a suite, which was comfortable and clean. Lots of little extras like chocolates, a variety of coffees and teas, and gorgeous toiletries made for a perfect stay. The radio was playing in our room, which was a very nice touch. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Fiona on reception when we arrived, and that set the tone for our stay. Each member of the hotel team was great, being friendly and attentive but not too much, just spot on. You can tell they enjoy their work, which made it so easy for us to relax into our break away. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel each day, and we enjoyed everything we chose, just lovely and delicous food. The hotel was perfect for exploring Bakewell and the surrounding area. We have already decided we will be returning again, and look forward to another relaxing stay at our new favourite hotel.

Cons:

Nothing at all to complain about - everything was spot on.
