Brilliant location, incredibly quiet, clean and private . Staff attentive, welcoming and professional .

Cons:

Liked the bath in the bedroom. However Would have preferred a room with separate bathroom full en suite bathroom. The toilet and basin were en suite which was fine.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was great.

Cons:

Water pressure was terrible, almost impossible to wash my hair.
The room needed some maintaining- simple things like blinds not working, both taps being marked as “hot”. The carpeted floor was absolutely filthy, and had a few random plastic things left on it. Aside from the carpet, the room was generally clean. It’s also worth noting that for some rooms, you will need to climb up flights of stairs to get there as for the top floor, there is no lift.

Beautiful boutique hotel full of charm
Pros:

The room was very nice, felt freshly renovated, but had a distinct historic style which I loved! I received a room upgrade, which was a very nice surprise! The library and the main staircase are very pretty and quiet. The location could not be better - it's exceptionally central.

Cons:

The breakfast was very modest - just croissant & coffee / tea with a side of fruit and yoghurt, but it was complimentary so can't complain. I prefer to have breakfast outside, so it worked for me.

The hotel stay was very comfortable and relaxing. It was worth the price.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel manager Jules was very attentive and made sure that my stay was comfortable. I liked that the hotel was walking distance from shopping areas and Buckingham Palace.

Cons:

The walls seem quite thin, as I could clearly hear the water running when the guest next door used the bathroom. Unfortunately, the plumbing noise travels both ways, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. But That is not the fault of the staff and i would definitely book with them again.
