Cons:

They havent return back my deposit Rm 50 at checkout. There is nobody at reception counter for checkout and receive deposit back.

Central location. Staff is nice

Cons:

My room reeked of mouldy smell. The towels were not clean, smelled like mould. Bathroom facility was very mouldy, even on the shower head. My clothes absorbed the smell after one night stay and I struggled to sleep properly because my nose was so sensitive to it

Please reconsider the hygiene here. There might be issues in room maintenance.
