Our stay here was brilliant and would stay here again
Pros:

The location of this property is brilliant, next to loads of bars and restaurants and near the train station. The bed was very comfortable too

Sicuramente la posizione che era veramente spettacolare al centro di Liverpool

Camera priva di tutti i comfort, mancavano i comodini vicino al letto mancavano gli appendiabiti mancavano gli appendi asciugamani nel bagno. Le docce erano non presenti al loro posto. C’erano due vasche senza tenda di protezione senza vetro di protezione e una era anche rotta.

Eine Badewanne mit Masagedüsen. Pflegeprodukte, sehr freundliches Personal, super Lage.

Cons:

Eine Matratze war sehr stark durchgelegen, sodass die Federn spürbar waren.

The room I booked was not available and I was told I had booked a different room despite my booking confirmation saying

Cons:

The room itself needs some tlc, the room was advertised with aircon which was actually a fan in the room which was not adequate and done nothing! I booked a whirlpool bath and was told none were available so was put into a standard room with normal bath which was very disappointing. One of the showers didn’t work also,

Asked for fresh towels tried charging me £5 each asked for more tea and coffee as was staying 3 nights nothing was brought room was not cleaned
