Location was great, and easy to get into.

Cons:

The room was dated, the bath looked a little less than clean and there was a smell from the drains.

Due to the heat wave the room was unbareable to sleep in as no ventilation or access to open any windows. There was a fan but it just blew hot air around the room.

Absolutely nothing. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We refused to stay there and left even before we’d seen our room due to the fact that there was a hidden £200 deposit which was NOT mentioned on booking.com. The terms and conditions were essentially impossible to access and there page on booking.com was extremely difficult to navigate.

Cons:

Staff unfriendly. Hidden costs and then we apparently had to pay the £200 deposit despite the fact that we didn’t even stay there. Pressuring people into paying hidden costs is nothing short of daylight robbery.
