Room wise, all good and worth the stay
Pros:

Convenient, many shops nearby. At some point, we needed to go to a clinic and it was just right beside

Cons:

The parking, need to pay every time we go out. And the parking for mercure is like inside another parking. And no signal in the carpark. Had to go out to to top up my card on the phone coz no signal

Very good and satisfied overall
Pros:

Friendly staff very accomodating and quick, room cleanliness, the fridge was good and water/iron/ hair dryer availability. I like the safety feature locks in the room and the extra more secure private parking place for hotel guests.

Cons:

The AC was not too strong would want stronger AC as sometimes it can get still be a bit warm in the room. I wished the skydeck city view could be open at longer hours than just one hour to accomodate guests' timings more.

كانت نظيفة وواسعة وفيها كل ماتحتاجه.

نسيت شاحن جوالي وعندما طلبت من الاستقبال مساعدتي بذلك للاسف لم يقدمو لي اي مساعده

Nice, reasonable stay recommended for solo travellers
Pros:

Felt safe as a solo traveler, it was also a plus that cafes and restaurants were around the hotel just 1 min away.
