Voor een paar nachten heel fijn hotel!
Pros:

Het uitzicht, de bedden, de comfortabelheid van de kamer

Cons:

De kamer is vrij gehorig, mensen io de gang in de nacht. Het personeel (niet allemaal) waren best kil. De locatie is prima, maar niet op loopafstand van het centrum. Maar verder dik tevreden!

all good experience overall
Pros:

The room was clean, view and pool was nice addition..the breakfast was nice as well. The staff helped whenever we needed soemthing

Cons:

The water pressure in some rooms are strong and the water fluctuate between hot and cold so need to adjust the water sometimes

Pros:

Front office, F&B and house keeping staff showed ture hospitality values and assitsted beyond expectations.

FO staff checked me in although I reached there before the check in time.

The view from room

Cons:

The lobby cafe only open by 11am.
I was informed early for the higher floor but eventually gave me the lowest floors. This 3rd time stayed not as good as 1 or 2 times which the room with the coffee machine.

I would not stay here at all, very rare do I comment on things.

Ignorant staff with lack of communication skills
Constant cigratte smoke through air conditioning vents
No hot water on demand for 4 days

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Not much of anything at all

Cons:

1. There was no on demand hot water for the last 4 days of stay
2. Constant cigarette smoke smell through air conditioning vents
3. Staff appear ignorant on asking questions/ information with some staff lacking effective communication skills
