Hotel was clean and easy to check in.
When arrived we were given a room designed to facilitate the needs of a person in a wheel chair. Which was good to see, but did facilate us. also the room hads no window in it. Was moved to another room on request.
The location was perfect for the Emirate Stadium. The room was spacious ,& very clean. The breakfast was good , but you had to pay extra for it.
I was very annoyed having paid almost £350 for 1 night, we decided to have the breakfast, which we had to pay extra, i was told the payment for breakfast had cleared & ok . When we got back from the concert we couldn't get into the room, when we went to find out why, we were told it was because the breakfast payment hadn't gone through. It then took 2 trips down to finally get in. Not inpressed !!
The location was amazing as well as the staff.

Mooie ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel en de metro is aan de overkant van de straat. Ontbijt was prima met genoeg keuze.
Er was heel weinig ruimte om kleding op te bergen, een paar kleerhangers en een kleine lade. Daarnaast had de kamer maar een comfortabele stoel, bij een tweepersoons kamer mag je twee stoelen verwachten.
The chap who checked me in was excellent, we had a good chat about Morocco and he was very engaging.
Air con was heavenly amidst a heat wave.

Very clean, close to the metro station
I thought carefully about writing this review because I don’t usually leave negative feedback easily. In fact, we chose this hotel because we had stayed here a year earlier and had a very positive experience.
We booked our room months in advance, so it was extremely disappointing to be placed in a basement room with no view and no possibility of ventilation. The room itself was fine, but that does not change the fact that this was not the standard we expected.
We were told that the hotel was overbooked and that no other rooms were available because we arrived the latest and this was all that was left. However, check-in started at 3:00 PM and we had already checked in and paid by 3:25 PM.
What I find unacceptable is that the hotel charges the same price for a basement room as for a regular room on the upper floors, without clearly informing guests in advance that such rooms exist. Most hotels make this distinction clear during the booking process.
The staff were polite and offered complimentary drink vouchers, but that did not address the actual issue or compensate for the disappointment.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly changed our opinion of the hotel, and after this stay we are unlikely to return.
Really nice stay at this hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff. Even though there were a lot Tube strikes, transport to city centre was good.
