All the staff were so polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing they wouldn't do or help you with. The room was a little smaller than it looked in pictures but nicely decorated with all amenities thought off. I was on top floor so nice view and in fabulous location as i was going to Emirates for the Boyzone show. Could keep bags here after you check out the room. The resturant was lovely and cosy and well decorated, breakfast was lovely too and all staff attentive. Didn't use otjer facilities.
Firstly my reservation couldn't be found nor could my breakfast order that i added on after i booked. Eventually found my booking ( phew!) But i had to show the receptionist my online banking proving i'd paid for breakfast. The corridors were stifling hot especially right up top. The room appeared clean and tidy upon arrival but the bathroom wasn't fully upon inspecting. My mum dropped her suitcase keys on floor and moved bed slightly to retrieve them. Under the bed was disgusting! Layers of dust, hair, even coins it definately hadn't been cleaned under in ages. So i moved other and it was same. We raised it to reception and she was so lovely and couldn't apologise enough and raised it with the cleaner but as we were only there 1 night it wasn't cleaned to after we checked out and upon passing the cleaner she was not impressed. The beds were spacious and cosy to get into but i personally found very high to get into and i am 5ft 7 plus mattress was a bit hard for me. I paid a lot for my room for 1 night due to the Boyzone concert and although it was a lovely room i didn't think it was value for money at all. The toilet seat didn't fit properly, the toilet roll holder was hanging on for life.
We were thrilled that although the hotel was on a busy junction, it was so quiet! Lovely big room and comfy bed. Check in and out were simple. We didn't use any of the facilities, but I liked the modern vibe.
There was a little blandness to the feel of the place. Difficult to explain, but like a chain hotel, I guess. But at the price point, great!

Great proximity to Arsenal !! Stayed during their final game and trophy win. Atmosphere was wonderful, staff kept hotel safe while large crowds gathered. Complimentary upgrade for our room. Will be back next time we see the gunners!

la colazione è accettabile, ma la qualità è bassa. La posizione è comoda, vicina alla metro e alle fermate dell'autobus.
Il prezzo dell'hotel è troppo alto per la sua qualità. Stanza sporca, piena di polvere, la camera è un po' piccola e manca un vero armadio, la mancanza di qualche accessorio in bagno, zona poco sicura.
Convenience to all that we wanted to do
Dirty cup and spoon left in room, not enough milk and only one coffee pod for the coffee machine .only one chair for the two of us in the room and not much room for storing your clothes
