Hotel ma bardzo dogodną lokalizację, tuż przy stacji metra ze sprawnym połączeniem z lotniskiem Stansted. W pobliżu jest park.
Pokój był czysty , codziennie zmieniano ręczniki i uzupełniano zapas wody, kawy i herbaty , a także herbatników 😃

Cons:

Dość skomplikowana, wiodąca przez labirynt korytarzyków droga od wejścia do windy.
Zbyt wysokie poduszki nie były wygodne.

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely room and decor, comfy bed and love the complementary water and biscuits in the room and friendly staff.

Cons:

The floor could have been cleaner in the room. We found our socks had bits on and were a bit dirty after walking round

Accommodating staff at check in - friendly staff all around the food service areas. Room comfort was good and great simple add ons in the room like water, tea, coffee, biscuits.

Cons:

Breakfast ran out of food several times. The poor girl on duty seemed to be overwhelmed and it looked short staffed. lots of people waiting for food to be restocked. This is the only complaint I have

Niks bijzonders. Het enige wat tegenviel is dat ik een kamer toegewezen heb gekregen die zeg maar underground was. Ik heb 1 nachtje in geslapen en de volgende dag gevraagd als ik ergens anders mag. Dit was uiteraard geen probleem

Pros:

I had an overall positive stay at this hotel .Initially , i was allocated in a basement room ,which did not meet my expectations and presented some inconveniences, incluind a bad odour coming from the drainage system.
However ,i would like to highlight the way the staff handled the situation .After i reported the issue the response was prompt and eficiente and satisfactory solution was provided within a short period of time.
