Will stay again.
Pros:

Location is ideal for me with a short into Newport. The Tesla supercharger set up close by is ideal also. Staff friendly and helpful including Magda and Syeda on the front desk and Priscilla in the restaurant.

Pleasant stay just not happy with the £13.50 car parking
Pros:

Clean and tidy and quiet, comfy beds

Cons:

The fact that we had to pay for overnight parking - without prior notice and being as the hotel is situated on a busy road there is nowhere else to park.
Other hotels nearby don’t charge - I probably wouldn’t of booked had I known.

Great location, really nice hotel
Pros:

Location was great and we were given an upgrade on arrival, asked any preference for the floor we wanted which was a nice touch as there was loud live music on, so we chose the 3rd floor.

Pros:

The newness of the hotel is a pleasant change to most of the hotels I stay in. Most hotels look tired and the up keep is often over looked.

Cons:

There was no toilet brush in my room which, in some cases, may not be great for either guests or your cleaning staff. Also, having a 10% service charge added to my dinner bill without prior consultation needs to be addressed. In most cases, business expenses do not cover the service charge and, also, this is not a typical additional cost for a hotel restaurant.
