Thoroughly enjoyable.
Pros:

Decor was very fresh. Lovely wide corridors to the rooms. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Warm Welsh hospitality in a modern comfortable building.
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The air con was cold. Even though it was full, the place felt spacious and relaxing. There was a gym. The comfortable bed was a super-king in our ‘large double’ room. The shower was huge. The lifts were smooth. There were luggage trolleys for hanging clothes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I have nothing to complain about!

Brilliant!
Pros:

The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly! The whole place was immaculate and welcoming. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We honestly couldnt fault it at all. We will be back for sure.

Cons:

It would be nice if the required £50 deposit at check in was more clearly made known at the time of booking because this cut into our holiday budget.

Not the best
Pros:

It was up to date decorated and air conditioning worked

Cons:

I had blood on my bed sheet
The hair dryer didn’t work
I booked and was not told about the £50 deposit and had to get a family member to travel to drop one off as it is a cashless facility as otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to stay

Amazing stay, really comfy and homely feel,

The bed comfort, bathroom size, tv is amazing!

Pros:

Tomasz was a wonderful support at breakfast. Professional, warm and proactive. He remembered everyone's preference.

Cons:

The bathroom was a smell must have been from the pipes but was uncomfortable 😐 I was too tired from the day activity and wanted to freshen up
