Una gran estadía.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de los atractivos turísticos, de bares y restaurantes y de las calles más comerciales.
También está ubicado a apenas dos o tres cuadras de la estación de trenes.
La habitación era muy cómoda y bien equipada en general.
El desayuno buffet, excelente.
El personal de la recepción sumamente agradable.

Cons:

No hay nada que pueda comentar aquí. Estuvimos muy satisfechos y volveríamos.

Kann man gut machen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Das Zimmer war gut von der Größe, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und daher das Beste auf unserer Schottlandreise. Das Restaurant war gut abends.

Cons:

Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Das ist natürlich nicht ungewönlich für ein Stadthotel, muss man aber wissen.
Wir waren an einem Wochenende in Glasgow. Die Stadt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Es war sehr laut und dreckig. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts :-)

A modern, comfortable hotel in a very central location.
Pros:

Property is in an ideal location, handy for access to Queen St station, shopping and tourist attractions. Hope on / off bus). It’s clean, modern and for a hotel its size, not too much noise disturbance from rooms nearby.

Cons:

Beds very soft, first time I lay on edge I thought I was going to slip off. Breakfast was extra, given room price charged I’d have expected this to be included.

Dissapointing, I will not re book with AC Hotels
Pros:

I only saw the foyer despite pre paying with my advance booking as they had overbooked the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel had a system error which meant waiting over 45 minutes to try and check in in a big queue. I then had to leave for an event in the evening before I could check in and had to shower and change in a friends hotel as I could not check in in time. I was told to come back after my event because the hotel had 24/7 check in, only to return after my event to find that the hotel had overbooked the rooms and they had no room available for me despite my pre-paying. The hotel then found me a different room in a different, lower quality hotel. I as a young female traveller had to travel there alone at 1.30am due to the football there were no taxis so I walked. I was told I would get a full refund but had to phone several times to receive this and it took over a week to receive the refund. Disappointing experience.

An exceptionaljoy ro visit for a second time.
Pros:

Everything. The atmosphere on entering the hotel. The staff greeting you,The exceptional standards,clean & airy. An absolute delight to enter such a beautiful hotel. & we were disappointed when our stay came to an end.We had stayed here before & did not disappoint in any way, on our second visit. Everyone is so approachable & nothing is too much bother for them. Absolutely loved every minute. The breakfasts are amazing. A central location in Glasgow, which is ideal.
We look forward to return for another stay, with our family.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic,2 minutes from Queen Street Station.
Staff have all been so efficient and friendly, and the room was lovely with the usual comfy Marriott bed!
I would stay here again on my next trip.
