Lovely hotel, good location but the bed was very uncomfortable.

Cons:

We stayed in a twin room, the mattress had a large dip in it making it very uncomfortable. I spoke to the receptionist three times and was told that it would get sorted. It didn’t, in the end I had to turn the mattress over which made it slightly better, but it wasn’t great.

La ubicación y las instalaciones muy buenas, la habitación cómoda y el desayuno también muy bueno y variado.
Esta ubicado cerca de el centro, a pocas cuadras.

Cons:

El personal poco amable, nadie hablaba en español y no se esforzaban en entender si no les hablabas en ingles.
muy poco simpáticos y amables.
Absolutamente nadie te ayuda con las maletas , ni te dicen nada solo te dan el numero de habitación y debes adivinar como llegar, por suerte no es tan grande la recepción.

I would have liked an additional pillow as I like to read in bed however I am sure if I had asked I would have been given one.

Overall Good Average Stay
Pros:

Breakfast choice was good, regular filled up with fresh items.
Room Clean, liked that shower gels etc are attached to wall and safes so many small bottles, but could do the same for handsoap instead of having smalll bar where it most likely be wasted.

Cons:

Breakfast very busy not big enough for amount of guests, was a short wait but the coffee machine is poor and such a waste of plastic pods where in this day most companies are looking to do away with this and wanting to take small steps to safe the planet.
Mini Bar - looked bit sad with just can of water for hotels of this level you expect a little more.
Long Q to check in dispite there being 3 desks only 1 member of staff, others seemed to be busy with other things, to the extend we didnt know where the lifts where or where togo for breakfast in the morning.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel in a fine location. Handy for everything. Lovely clean rooms. Very quiet. Beautiful breakfast and polite, helpful staff. Stayed here a few times and will be back again.
