Would never come back to this hotel.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed, stored luggage

Cons:

We did not add breakfast to our room stay. We were heading to airport and only wanted coffee. A very rude man informed me that he could not serve me since I didn’t pay for breakfast. When I said I just wanted a coffee, he said he would have to charge each of us $18 for coffee. There was a full bar in other area with a coffee machine. We were willing to just buy a coffee. But were rudely sent off because we didn’t want breakfast. NEVER been treated so rudely at a hotel and certainly not a Marriot.

Very average experience
Pros:

Central location.Good size room

Cons:

The staff could be more polite and smile I stayed on a Saturday which was busy.My room wasn’t ready till 5.10 down to housekeeping which wasn’t good enough.we had to sit in the lounge and wait on our room Was a rush for myself and Hubby to then go out for dinner at 7 it was all a rush.

Would gladly stay again!
Pros:

I asked for a quiet room and got one. Staff were friendly and helpful. As someone who doesn't like cooked breakfasts, I was very impressed by the huge range of continental options, the best I've ever had in UK.

The hotel was great and facilities very good

Cons:

Out with your control I know, but the roadworks were a complete nightmare. I couldn't get my disabled father to the disabled parking space no matter what I did that day. I've since been told how to get to it but it caused a lot of stress at the time.

Pros:

Very modern and up to date facilities. Spacious bedroom. Nice bar and lounge area.

Cons:

Housekeeping only came at 6pm to clean the room. We were getting ready for supper.
