Perfect
Pros:

Easy to get to, just off the A1. Plenty of parking, an easy and quick check in, lovely room with everything I needed, spotlessly clean, a comfortable bed and a great night’s sleep. Amazing value for money too. Really glad I chose this hotel.

A value for money stay, but hotel looking tired
Pros:

Value for money and you get what you pay for.

Cons:

Poor service at early breakfast, think it was the chef and manager having a loud discussion in the kitchen, as a customer I don’t want to hear this.
Also looking a little tired and the rooms could do with some modernisation.

was told that someone would call on the Monday and no one ever did.

Cons:

No hot water in the sink or to shower staff aware but did not bother to leave a note . no telephone to make internal phone call.

Ok in the end
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Solution for WIFI sorted out for me

Cons:

WIFI wasn't work and reception phone not answered so had to go down to reception. Eventually staff member knocked on my door and given use of the admin WIFI. Appreciated not their fault if the WIFI is down late at night.

I wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

Very comfy bed very warm

Cons:

The electric didnt work when I went to the room
No hot water at all. Ive stayed in many places and this ranked bottom had stairs to climb with a suitcase and a walking stick not the best mobility so really struggled

Pros:

After trying several accommodation options in the area including several similar hotels, this hotel was the best we tried. It was quiet, clean, breakfast was great, good quality towels.
