Clean, comfortable and a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Pros:

Very easy to get to from the A1, a perfect pit stop, large car park which was free and the staff were all so friendly . The food was excellent- we had evening meal and breakfast and again the staff were amazing. The bed was so comfortable and everything in the room was clean. We had a very good nights sleep as it was so quiet.

Cons:

From the outside, looked a bit old fashioned and garden/ carpark needed maintaining but it was huge and I expect the maintenance would cost lots.

Pros:

Everything. Great location, really comfortable room with everything needed. Lots of space for storage, to move around and for toiletries in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Useful luggage trolleys in entrance to help with heavy luggage. Comfortable and spacious dining and lounge area. Outside tables for finer weather. Free parking monitored by security cameras. Lots of hot water.

Cons:

Nothing.

Cons:

The evening meal was ok, but the desserts were definitely not worth the price charged. Sounded really nice on the menu, but in reality they were pretty awful, plus there was no ice-cream to serve with the chocolate brownie as stated on the menu.

À pleasure to see such professional young people in responsible positions
Pros:

The welcome and care taken by the young staff was outstanding. The hotel owners should be proud to have such assets working for them. Fabio went above and beyond to make us feel at home and valued as did the lady running breakfast this morning. In both cases they had really key positions with little other support. Fabio worked late on Saturday and was there again before breakfast this morning to work with enthusiasm and professionalism. That takes real commitment. The hotel still looks like the Premier Inn that it once was. The room was spotless with
quality bedding and towels and the hotel peaceful overnight.

Cons:

The grounds need attention and the parking system is not conducive to making guests welcome. With a large car park away from the usual city land restrictions why charge any fee to park. The evening meal possibilities were limited and a contrast to the generous breakfast offer.

A one might say accommodation
Pros:

Location. Easily accessible from any direction

Cons:

No air conditioning. There was a fan that was provided but in a scorching heat you need more than an eBay looking white fan.

very quiet, comfortable and peaceful stay.
Pros:

Its a good central location for me to visit friends. Plenty of parking space, rooms are comfortable and quiet overall.

Cons:

Introduction of car parking charges is frustrating (though if you log your car in at reception at least you don't have to pay them). Also the rooms and building just a bit of renovation, It doesn't feel much has changed since it was a Premier Inn. Even the colour scheme is the same. It could with with a rebranding.

It was a lovely stay, I cannot complain much. Value for money.
Pros:

Spacious room, towels nice and fluffy. Good lighting and a nice quiet environment. Dining chairs comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast choices, for hot breakfast, if you do not eat pork, only scrambled egg and beans available .
Bed a little squeaky, room was very hot, as it was the hot bank holiday weekend. Had to open the windows a little but was being care as the room was on the ground floor
