Good location and nice rooms with a good restaurant

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. Food was delicious, staff was attentive. Room was super clean.

The staff are courteous and kind. The place is okay and clean but quite expensive compared to Cebu’s similar standard hotel.

I just wanted scrambled eggs and the staff could not accomdate even though I had provisions for 2 breakfast per day.

Generally a great place to call home for a few days

I have stayed in many hotels in my life and this is the first hotel that actually had me itemise things I requested, whether it was fresh towels, glasses, side plates and cutlery. We were not even permitted to have a knife in the room which presented a challenge when eating breakfast and having to spread butter and jam with the back of our fork or spoon! We had to sign a slip for absolutely everything. There is no DO NOT DISTURB signs provided so you have to verbally advise reception not to enter your room. Breakfast was an experience as for three days we requested sunny side up fried eggs and were told the chef could only prepare scrambled. We shared this feedback with the hotel manager (Jessica) and thereafter fried eggs were forthcoming. They also only provided one glass of juice despite breakfast being for two pax!
Shocking experience and one I would not repeat. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Overall a great property staff is above and beyond and both helpfulness and attitude. The hotel itself is very clean. You could tell the staff take great pride.

Hotel is in a nice convenient location, staff was very helpful and friendly, facilities were very clean, weight room was nice a small but nice pool. Overall I would stay here again. I would also add the breakfast was quite good also. Rooms were very nice, roomy and clean.

We stayed for 6 nights as a member of a medical mission group. Every employee members that we came in contact were all courteous and helpful.
Although the service were great there several items like ants in the room, one bit me in my neck.The breakfast,we served the same breakfast everyday.

We had a really nice and comfortable stay in Copenhagen Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. The only thing I noticed is that their alarm always ring (all false alarm) but I always panic. One time it rang around 2am and woke me up and I was really nervous so I got up and check. I told my engr friend about it and she explained that their detector is very sensitive since the hotel is still very new. It rings when it detects even a slightest smoke.

Me and my family had a comfortable 2- day stay here in Ormoc City. Staff was prompt, courteous, and kind. It was a clean and functional. They also have swimming pool, lift, and wifi.Accessible to road and Jollibee. We wish that their free breakfast does have more options for travelers like us. Overall, we have a good stay. Thanks to the Copenhagen reception staff who are cheerful and kind. Happy Holidays!

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The only downside is the walls aren't built to keep noise down.
