Pros:

Great value for money, clean and location right on the beach.

Pros:

Emplacement en bord de plage tres agréable.
Chambre spacieuse. Lits confortables
Petit dej sympa.
La fontaine à eau potable à disposition est tres appréciable.

Cons:

Salle de bain un peu vétuste.
Les transat de plage méritent d être changés.
Un bon nettoyage des abords de la piscine ferait du bien.
Réduire le nombre de chats errants mais les animaux errants sont un problème général aux Philippines.

It was a lovely weekend getaway with my family. We mostly enjoyed time at the beach.
Pros:

It’s located a few steps away from the beach. Budget and family friendly atmosphere. Breakfast included.

Cons:

The room is quite dark, need some interior upgrade, pool needs to be cleaned more often.

Fabulous location. Very basic hotel
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Station 1 away from the business of station 2. Lots of nice places to eat on the beach close by. Staff were lovely

Cons:

Poor breakfast choice if vegan or vegetarian.
The room felt damp all the time. Air conditioning exceptionally noisy. Very basic shower

Pros:

La ubicación: cerca de la playa, lugar tranquilo, de fácil acceso. El personal también muy amable y respondieron bien a todo.

Cons:

Es más antiguo de lo que aparentan las imágenes. No muy justo en cuanto a la relación calidad-precio. Mucho ruido del exterior, las puertas no cerraban bien y entraban todo tipo de animales..cucarachas voladoras y lagartijas. La apariencia de la fachada que da al mar pide una reforma... no nos cambiaron las tazas de café sucias en 3 días.

I really enjoyed my stay at Las Brisas. The location in Station 1 is quiet and peaceful — perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy Boracay away from the usual crowds and noise. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. It’s a wonderful place for a calm beach getaway, ideal for travelers looking for a more laid-back and restful experience.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room could be improved. There were some noticeable dust and cobwebs in certain areas, and the toilet could use a more thorough cleaning and whitening. The furniture and lighting also look a bit dated and would benefit from some refurbishment or touch-ups to make the room feel fresher and more comfortable.

Für ein paar Strandtage ganz ok
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels. Es befindet sich direkt am White Beach. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Lage unseres Zimmers. Es handelt sich hier um Reihenbungalows mit Blick auf den
vorbeiführenden Weg. Unseres befand sich im Erdgeschoss. Da wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren, hätte man uns auch eine Etage höher einquartieren können. Nur die superteuren Zimmer haben Blick aufs Meer. (Die auf dem Bild)
Für das Preisniveau gab es zum Einen zuviel Kakerlaken nachts im Bad und ein paar Dinge wären schon renovierungsbedürftig.
Frühstück war ok, aber a la Card.
Es gab kein Büffet.
