小朋友設施少，設備舊一點，但地點真的不錯。
Pros:

櫃檯很棒會幫很多忙，住宿地點很不錯，離victory line蘇比克站下車店近，當然就等於離mall近，我們幾乎都在那解決晚餐，也離海邊近，有水上活動小孩可以玩沙。每天早餐都不一樣，很用心。

Cons:

有些設備舊一點點，門縫很大，但不影響使用。小孩（一歲、四歲）都算人頭需要付費。

A great location to stay with family
Pros:

We really had a great time staying in this hotel. It was a great location and is near to the starting line of the race that I joined. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly.

The highlight of our stay is the connecting rooms that we had. I requested it upon booking and they granted it.

It would be nice if hotel offer local food specially during breakfast. Hotel Guest that comes to visit the place craves for such food.

Recommended, though communication needs a slight push.
Pros:

All was perfect. Clean and spacious room, modern and slick design.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Lunch on the ground floor restaurant was tasty!

Cons:

We ordered a ride going from Subic to Pangasinan, and confirmed a fixed price with the reception the day before departure. Unfortunately the staff at the reception bumped up the price +2500 PHP last minute, telling us "these are the day rates", despite our previous confirmation.

Breakfast options were limited.

Best Hotel in Subic!
Pros:

Our best stay in the Philippines! The best and staff so far!
Everyone was super professional, and the hotel was comfortable, secure, and clean.

Cons:

The only detail we didn't like was that the breakfast provided only Filipino cuisine.
It would be a good idea to also offer some Western dishes, as most Western tourists can't eat rice and sweet foods every day.

For an overnight stay, it was worth the price

It was not too bad but it was not good in a lot of ways.
Pros:

The beds are comfortable the staff are somewhat kind

Cons:

The toilet sink was clogged. The toilet was only 40% clean. The whole room itself was 60% clean. You can really see that the towels are old and stained, white towel that became darkwhite. Towels are probably not properly washed. There were also stains on the pillow cases. The swimming pool has no heater so it was really freezing cold, considering it is located on an open rooftop. Almost feels like they dont want you to use the pool. Also be aware that the hotel is not close to tourist spots. So its important that you have your own car the whole time. Falls 1.5 hour away. Inflatable 10min away by car. And the public transpo is not easy access.
