The price is cheap.
The picture here is not the actual photo of the hotel. The hotel name is not updated as well. They are using Oyo 770, not Remedios Hotel Manila City Center anymore. They mentioned an elevator and parking in this account, but both are unavailable. The wifi is mostly disconnecting.

Not the cleanest and photos don’t do it justice. It’s ideal for a stop gap over night on a budget.
Scam!!! Arrived there but the place said it's no longer connected with Oyo and Booking.com. Waited for a few days for the refund, but Oyo said they were able to accommodate me??? Liar!!!

The price did not match booking price. I was charged more than expected
Perfect location near restaurants, shopping malls easy get around the streets to shopping or restaurants
Watch out for streets hole and there are hard walk through sidewalk to the malls

The TV is not working, no cable connection. The shower is also not working. May kumakagat na insect sa bed
the only reason being is the location close to where i have an appointment. thats basically it.
To start- property isnt responsive. Made a call to their contact number 8 tomes in a row i only get 2 ring then the line will cut off.
They are not aware of the type of room i booked.

staff especially the morning people- very unfriendly. like they cannot be bothered.

I got a problem with hotel check in as I booked my reservation online and payment was made via online bank account. The receptionist denied my booking while showing my reservation and payment receipt as they have an issue with regarding for payment from 3rd party online booking company to Hotel bank account. My online booking were affected and need to call support center of the traveloka and processing for a refund is a hassle in my side.
Next is that I booked online to the OYO 772 Remedious Apartment and payment is made at the receptionist at the hotel. Sadly when the receptionist ask for the payment, the amount is not the same as indicated in the online booking and is higher.
