Pros:

I was moved from Palladium to Lafayette rating the latter. Staff was very good but cookware and some utensils were old. There were flying ants which appeared sporadically. I was concerned about air conditioner where it was only enclosed with light styrofoam which is often blown away leaving much air escaping

Absolutely disgraceful and filthy with very few amenities.
Pros:

I did not like anything at all at this property. The place was filthy. I'm attaching photographs of the carpet which was disgusting, the cooking area which was also extremely filthy and one did not feel comfortable at all here. The location is actually good, however, the deficiencies are unbelievable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was there during an earthquake and there was no alarm at all working within this building. Probably have their license as most places due through purchasing their fire alarm certificate rather than earning it. An endemic problem within the Philippines. The place was really dirty as the photographs will show. You just felt your skin crawling with the amount of filth on the carpet around the stove there was no kettle to make tea or coffee, no tea and coffee, no iron, no hairdryer and so I think you're getting the idea regarding this place. Do not go there there are too many other nice places to use. I'm very rarely give a negative comment however the cleanliness of this place deserves me wanting you.

We had a comfortable stay with all the amenities we need available in the unit. Highly recommended
Pros:

Location is good and near the Festive Mall & other restaurants. The whole room is clean, and refreshing. The bathroom had hot shower, bidet, & toiletries. The view is nice esp. at night. The caretakers were helpful and accommodating. The staff at the front desk are likewise helpful.

Pros:

Right location, right size. Parking across the road (paid). Just super convenient.

Cons:

Check in could have been smoother but it is a serviced apartment and not an hotel so allowances do have to be made for delays or misunderstandings.

I love this unit and the caretaker is so welcoming
Pros:

As soon as we enter the unit, it smells so clean and nice. The place is so cozy. There is also a nearby mall. Staff is so accommodating and very welcoming. I would booked again this place

Cons:

I wish the AC was a little cooler 🥴.

Pros:

Location is amazing. a 1min from festive walk and 10min walk from SM mall.
Great place.

Cons:

Owners personal items needs to be removed from property as there are bills with all details in a drawer.
Can cause many security issues for owner.

Front desk was not as helpful as expected as they kept telling us to contact the owner for questions. Seemed abit distant.

Parking located across the street, and is paid. Looks unsafe but is actually very safe.
Not infront of building as instructed by owner.

Location and the room.

Cons:

Lacking some extras compared to others like personal kit and complimentary coffee sticks.
Hot water shower is not working properly. Sink needs time to drain .
