Best rooftop bar and pool - sunsets to die for, it’s a WOW
Pros:

It’s a cracker - location incredible. The rooftop bar and pool is unique for killer sunsets and awesome happy hours. Staff amazing. And the walk-in pool rooms just genius.

Cons:

Food is average. Thats dinner and breakfast. We ate out .

It was a great experience aside from staffs that are always in main entrance

The hotel is beautiful, staff is phenomenal, food is delicious
Pros:

This property is absolutely stunning! The customer service is outstanding- every employee we encountered was pleasant, professional and helpful! Breakfast was delicious! Many items to choose from and we also ordered off the à la cart menu for dinner and it was delicious!

Cons:

So many outside vendors- trying to sell excursions and many people just selling and begging- so annoying

Disappointing services
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

The hotel needs serious uplift to be considered as 5 star. Very inexperienced staff who although polite and friendly are not capable to deal with simple requests. Very low quality of services for such a hotel. food was below average, as well as the breakfast. Room was smelling bad and the AC was leaking. Had to move to another room. Beach that you can’t really swim (depending on the tide). Wanted to order a beer in the night and was told that room service doesn’t operate after 21:00 and that if I wanted to get a drink I had to walk to the city. Not going back in this hotel as my experience was disappointing
