Clean property and good location. Close to other restaurants and ideal for walking around.
Cocktails Drinks were a bit watered down.
La habitación era amplia, la cama cómoda, todo limpio, las instalaciones en buenas condiciones. La piscina y la terraza tienen muy buenas vistas. Tuvimos un contratiempo en el viaje y se adaptaron y nos ayudaron enseguida.
Ponen música en el restaurante desde las 6 de la mañana y se escucha desde la habitación, deberían controlar el volumen. El desayuno podría mejorar
There was a house mouse inside my room. I woke up because I felt something crawling on my legs. Voila it's Ratatouille
I loved everything about it, it’s comfortably the room was spacious and the AC was wonderful. It’s modernized and they have great customer service. They have free breakfast and decent WiFi (Starlink) the views were amazing and you can freely explore the town without being bothered. And best of all the food there is top tier!
They charge way too much for a ride to the Port if you’re taking a Ferry. They give you a free ride to the airport but not the sea port, it was roughly over a 1,000 pesos. There is no taxi services on the islands but I was blessed enough to find an affordable tour guide to help. Other than that I have no other complaints.
Its fronting the sea and White Island
Bed bugs in plastic dining rattan chair. Cramped and pricey rooms. Inventories for food ingredients seemed not a priority bec when we arrived starving there is no food (burger bec no cheese, no pizza) for our American guests. Speedboat cannot be rented bec supposedly the captain was on training, etc.
Location and view. Well maintained
Limited food options. Kept saying they were out of a certain type of food.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the property. Staff are friendly and accommodating. No gym in the property. Breakfast has to be ordered a day before.
The staff are very accommodating and helpful. It would be best though if there’s-a karaoke available in the hotel.
