Pros:

タオル、トイレットペーパー、シーツなどの交換が無いのはアパートメントタイプだからですか？
受付が不親切でチェックアウトの際に鍵をフロントへ持って来たら、部屋に戻せの指示、そんなフロントある？
しかもエレベーターがなかなか来ないし、揺れたり不安。

Pros:

The hotel location could've been perfect, but we end up going with other hotel. This hotel cannot find our reservation & kept us waiting. We waited 4hrs with my kids & seniors. The customer service unable to reach. It was found that their calendar system wasn't updated and service not good.
