Pros:

Die Anlage befindet sich abgelegen im Grünen - Abseits vom Touristen-Trubel. Das hat uns echt gefallen! Wir konnten über das Resort einen Roller mieten und die Gegend erkundschaften. Man kann vom Resort aus super auf eigene Faust einige Wasserfälle besichtigen. Dann gibt es im Örtchen Badian ein schönes Restaurant namens "Payag".
Aber man kann auch im Resort Dinner bestellen, welches dann zu einer beliebigen Uhrzeit serviert wird.
Frühstück muss ebenfalls vorbestellt werden und wird zur abgemachten Zeit serviert. Ich kann über das Essen nichts Schlechtes sagen. Natürlich sind die Gerichte von der Karte etwas teurer als im Restaurant, aber bezahlbar.

Hervorheben möchte ich das nette Personal! Die Mädels sind alle total lieb und hilfsbereit. Liebe Grüße an alle Marika-Angestellten, danke dass wir später auschecken konnten.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Spinne im Bad 😀 ich hatte anfangs etwas Angst, aber da Gute ist, dass die Spinne die kleinen Insektchen gegessen hat.
Die Zimmer könnten etwas mehr Tageslicht haben, aber halb so wild. Wir haben super geschlafen.

Its local and some won't like that, but we loved it.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Their help was wonderful in getting into town and suggesting trips. Its a decent beach, but not a white sands soft bottom beach. The bathroom was spacious and it was wonderful to have a clothes line that was so long that fit a wet environment of clothing and towels. Liked the food, but sometimes it took too long to come out. I liked the location that it was removed from congestion. We had gone up to Moalboal and it was not appealing at all. Liked the sunsets and the people. Sizable room.

Cons:

Hmmmm....The long ass ride to the location. Three and a half hours from the airport was long, and it wasn't the distance; it was traffic and narrow roads. The driver was awesome, but it was long.

A boutique hotel with very nice staff although the quality of the room is not good
Pros:

1. Staff is responsive and caring. My brother got fever and received full care from hotel staff. All requests, within their capacity, are addressed quickly.
2. The beach is beautiful. White sand. Although there are rocks and seaweed
3. The hotel is boutique (small but cozy)
4. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Cons:

1. The quality of the room:
- It's made either by bamboo or wood but lack of maintenance. There are lot moisture in the room which you can smell and feel right after walking in. It's added by the fact that the bathroom's roof is half open which is always wet.
- The facilities in the room is poor: no hair dryer, amenities are poor.
- The room is not cleaned on a daily basis.
- There is no supplementary water bottle in the room
- The tower is only changed upon request
With the price they charged us for the room. It's not worth.

2. The noisy neighbor
- The resort is located between two neighbor who rent the tends. Their customer often do BBQ and Karaoke next to our room. Thanks god, they shut down at about 9 or 9.30pm.
- Mosquitos: lot of them. Be aware of this.

3. There are almost nothing around the hotel. It's remoted area.

You need to enjoy local’s poor singing
Pros:

For the area, which is very basic it is a good property. Beds very comfortable.

Cons:

The area is not great. Good location for Kawasan falls and 30 mins from Moalboal but only proper hotel and karaoke bars very close and bad singing from 10am onwards. Bathroom wasn’t completely closed off thus did get spiders and a cockroach in there. Big problems with hot water. Food menu poor and quality average. No wine.

Perfect place to stay at if you want an easy access to the beach and resort feel like.
Pros:

Everything! I love that they both have a pool and the beach. It was a very nice view to wake up to.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a blow dryer. Or maybe I just did not ask. But it wasn’t a deal breaker at all.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, es war ein Traum.
Pros:

Das Personal ist einfach nur unfassbar freundlich und erfüllt einen jeden Wunsch, ist stets hilfsbereit.
Das Essen war wirklich lecker, der Fisch wird lokal gefangen. Es wird alles frisch zubereitet.
Man hat seinen eigenen kleinen privaten Strandabschnitt, es ist paradiesisch.
Und das Hotel bietet verschiedene Trips an.
