Pros:

Für unsere Bedürfnisse optimale Lage/Nähe zum Flughafen und Zentrum von Dumaguete City.
Absolut freundliches und es hilfreiches Personal. Sehr schöner Bar- und Poolbereich. Zimmergrösse und -ausstattung. Rundum einen Top-Aufenthalt gehabt.

Cons:

Nichts erwähnenswertes, ausser allenfalls die laute Lüftung/AC (?) der zu unserem Zimmer "benachbarten" Küche, die bei Betrieb relativ gut hörbar war im Zimmer. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, nur aufgefallen.

Lovely stay with kids
Pros:

The staff was the best, took care of my kids and very accommodating
Perfect for a stay with kids
Communication was good before arrival
Room was good
Ivan and Sharlene was great
Can’t remember one of the other guys but he assisted my kids all the time

Internet was not consistent, the delivery of food could be faster

Very nice stay
Pros:

Very nice boutique hotel we only stayed one night as we wanted somewhere near the airport. Service was excellent great to have the free shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

Wasnt a concern for us but the location could be an issue for people staying longer without their own transport didnt seem to be much around locally

Pros:

We stayed for two nights at the end of our trip. The hotel is very tidy, and the rooms have everything you need. The food is decent, though breakfast could use a few more options. It is located a bit outside the city center, which we loved because it was very quiet, and we easily used tuk-tuks to visit the sights. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging a motorbike rental and an airport shuttle for us. We felt very well taken care of!

So thankful to God for His creation and the many blessings in life.
Pros:

The place was serene and relatively near to good tourist spots in the city. The personnel were accommodating and very helpful. Our appreciation to Noemi and Emery at the frontdesk for helping us plan with our tour plans; Lisa at the restaurant who attended to our group with warm smile during breakfast. Thanks also to the assistance of Sasmin, Jem, Rico (van driver) and Mark (van driver).

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is quite a ways from everything, but staff can arrange rides for you.
The grounds are beautiful and very clean.
The rooms are clean, uniquely decorated, and very spacious.
Restaurant had good food and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Cons:

There were no outlets close to either side of the bed. There was no place to plug in devices to charge and still have them close by.

Unwind Hotel truly lives up to its name. We had a relaxing stay at this hotel. The ambiance was exceptional - peaceful, well-designed and perfect for unwinding from the busy city life. Every corner felt thoughtfully curated, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Great staff and good food were an added bonus.
