The staff are all nice and friendly. They are all accomodating in every aspect and helped us with our luggages. Even there's no lift at the Hotel, the staff managed to carry our luggages from ground floor to the 1st floor.
During our stay, I was surprised that on our 1st day of Island tour, the Hotel staff provided us beach towel without requesting them prior - I'd really like the gesture.

La navette est gratuite depuis l'aéroport mais payante depuis le port. La distance est à peu près équivalente.

Absolut freundliches und es hilfreiches Personal. Sehr schöner Bar- und Poolbereich. Zimmergrösse und -ausstattung. Rundum einen Top-Aufenthalt gehabt.
Nichts erwähnenswertes, ausser allenfalls die laute Lüftung/AC (?) der zu unserem Zimmer "benachbarten" Küche, die bei Betrieb relativ gut hörbar war im Zimmer. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, nur aufgefallen.

Very nice boutique hotel we only stayed one night as we wanted somewhere near the airport. Service was excellent great to have the free shuttle to the airport.
Wasnt a concern for us but the location could be an issue for people staying longer without their own transport didnt seem to be much around locally
We stayed for two nights at the end of our trip. The hotel is very tidy, and the rooms have everything you need. The food is decent, though breakfast could use a few more options. It is located a bit outside the city center, which we loved because it was very quiet, and we easily used tuk-tuks to visit the sights. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging a motorbike rental and an airport shuttle for us. We felt very well taken care of!

The place was serene and relatively near to good tourist spots in the city. The personnel were accommodating and very helpful. Our appreciation to Noemi and Emery at the frontdesk for helping us plan with our tour plans; Lisa at the restaurant who attended to our group with warm smile during breakfast. Thanks also to the assistance of Sasmin, Jem, Rico (van driver) and Mark (van driver).

Initially, I didnt feel my room's aircon was working and the room was properly cleaned. But it was cleaned and managed well after our request
