Disgusting!! They should be blocklisted in all booking plotforms

Nothing i walked out

Cons:

I booked what looks like at least a 3 star hotel room accomodation and paid 4800. They said someone just walked in the last minute and gave me a 1,300 delapidated , no restroom, no ac hut. They were insisting that it was the only available room that they can gjve me. The caretaker was impossible to talk to and so is the owner giving me un acceptable stupid excuses. They wont gjve me a refund . They said that booking.com is responsible for ny refund

The staffs are amazing, location is near the beach, comfy stay, very neat and affordable.
Pros:

Staffs are very approachable and takes good care of their guests

An outdated dead resort.
Pros:

We like that it’s beach front. Otherwise there’s nothing to like.

Cons:

All the photos were outdated! The huts are so dirty. Dogs and cats are always around us waiting for food all the time. We didn’t like that the cat goes through our staff on top of the table (mostly food). It says there’s a free wifi, but there was none! The reason that was given to us was that it broke down because of the typhoon, the typhoon was months ago, surely there was plenty of time to fix it up.

There was nothing to do except the beach and the pool. The whole place was dead! The toilets were disgusting. The caretaker I feel like was disappointed that i booked online and did not pay cash. This is not worth booking!
