Pros:

Staff were courteous. The room was clean.

Cons:

It was too expensive! Not value for money. Also it is quite far from city center. But if you prefer a quiet location, this is alright.

Good for those seeking some peace and quiet.
Pros:

A two-night stopover whist visiting Subic.
The hotel is away from the main town, situated on Crown Peak, which is what I wanted.
The area is very quiet but there is a very good French restaurant, called Indochine, a few minutes' walk away.
Breakfast is quite basic but acceptable, rooms are large but a bit sparse, (bed, small table and chair, small wardrobe, fridge). Be aware that room 103 has no window.
Beware the Monkeys though! Very mischievous :)

Gorgeous Secluded Gem, would go back, but several issues.
Pros:

The property was absolutely gorgeous. A secluded hideaway. The vibe was chill. And the feeling walking the streets was a quiet suburban western world neighbourhood. Room was clean and not too many chemicals. The outdoor eating area was pretty The elvis theme was a bit funny.

Cons:

The most stand-out negative was the way management seemed to disempower the staff, and not adequately give them the vision of the big picture. On check-in I gave them my passport, they left it in copier and didn't give it back. It wasn't till later that evening I went back and asked about it that I got it back. Later my father in law mislaid his senior citizens card. We asked them to look for it, they called around to various staff and nothing. Later when we were checking out, no one mentioned anything but my wife spotted it behind their counter....once she mentioned it it was given back. ....There was a lack of being proactive.

During the stay we paid for a food item with cash. They had no record...They made me wait for about 20 minutes, contacting various staff and leadership, helping other customers in the mean-time me sitting there waiting to check-out...Eventually they just let me go

The door to our room was improperly hung, and we could see into hall through gaps at the edges There were also issues with the way some of the doors on their eating area bathrooms were hung. A number weird little deficiencies on how some things were repaired

They have an Elvis theme so play elvis music at the outdoor eating area. That's nice for dinner, but its way too much for breakfast.

An indoor or screened off dining area would have been nice

Pros:

Room was nice, service was great but my water heater sucked. It gave me "bare lukewarm water." Breakfast was great! The pool was fantastic. Walking around the hill was awesome. Expect to pay 300 peso from and to Harbor Point Mall.
