Pros:

Staff are very friendly especially Ian the security guy, Flor the receptionist and Mon the room service/housekeeping guy. They were awesome!

Cons:

Utensils are available but still need to be requested, I booked 4 nights but was provided with 1 toilet paper.

Pros:

Close to the airport. Nice clean apartment with a dining area and a fridge. The staff were friendly and professional. Good value.

Cons:

Few irritating problems for example there was no toilet paper but was delivered within minutes of requesting. The elevator is a nightmare - use the stairs if you in rush for your flight. The hotel does not accept credit cards. Cash only.

It was more than what I bargained for
Pros:

I like the spacious room. I am happy that the size was more than I anticipated and that made me want to make future bookings here. The location was perfect, easy to locate, with so many store around and some grocery outlets too. Staff is supportive and on time for room service calls. I felt I am getting my money's worth.
