Safe stay and Value for money
Pros:

The security of the place since it is a compound

Cons:

Minimal issue since we were checked in at second floor only, but if it happens that we were placed on 3rd or 4th floor. Not okay for seniors.

Dommage, manque peu pour pouvoir dormir correctement.

Cons:

Trop de bruit, climatisation bruyante ( malheureusement comme beaucoup aux Philippines) mais en plus un toc toc permanent fait par les écoulements des eaux de condensat des autres climatiseurs . Cette eau,s'écoulant des climatiseurs installés au-dessus, tombe sur les carrosserie en tôle.
Il suffirait de canaliser ces écoulements d'eau ce qui remédierait au problème.

Pros:

It's near everywhere and the parking and safety

Cons:

No elevator and bathroom should have door for the shower so it will not get wet on the other side. Some staff are accomodating

Great place to stay. Very affordable.
Pros:

Great two weeks stay. Weak Wi-Fi service inside the room. Limited english speaking channel on tv. Very good staff. Restaurant offers a variety of selection. Hard to locate by most grab taxi.

This an old hotel. There were cockroach present. There is not kettle to make my coffee and or tea. There is no available parking available for guests. Not convenient for persons with disabilities. I will never stay here again.
