The location was just off the main bus route which we were on. The staff were friendly

Cons:

The room wasn't what was listed...

1. There's no active pool - you get this message as soon as you book though.
2. No pool view as in the details for the room.
3. There were no toiletries including loo roll in the room as in the details for the room.
4. It also smelt a little.

Wouldn't take a huge amount to correct this (fix smell and toiletries plus remove pool claims) - hope they can take action.

Great experience..Arrived before the check-in time and they’re very accomodating in letting us in despite us being early. Good size room to stay with the a/c because it was hot outside. Thank you!

Pros:

Location is good, accessible to tourist spots and other places. Bed is comfy and CR is also functional. Staffs are accomodating and warm.

Cons:

I expect toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste. In the area, internet connection is quite poor, there were no appliances such as kettle, ref, and other complimentaries. TV also doesn’t function well.

A Truly Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient even though I booked the wrong date. We were lucky that they were not fully booked. We were offered the local coffee as a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. The lobby was cozy and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable.

Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always ready to offer recommendations for local attractions and even helped us with a few special requests.

Overall, this hotel made our stay memorable, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing getaway!

Almost like home
Pros:

We arrived early, we couldn't use our room till 2p. But the did allow us to drop our bags in the room.
Our daughter loved the pool, it was clean and well maintained.
Order your breakfast the night before, or McDonald's is close by. We will definitely go back on our next trip.
