Pros:

It was a relaxing stay
Pros:

The place was good for its price. The private beach we had was really fun & quiet.

Cons:

The bathroom is a little outdated and the lock of the bathroom was broken. We just stayed for 1 night so it was fine. Upgrading the bathroom will attract more customers.

Nice place for the relaxing near a beach. Worth for the money. Can be improved further
Pros:

The aircons were good.
Toiletries were good.
Overall spacious rooms.good location near the beach. Staff was friendly.
Water decanter was good

Cons:

The chairs were having dust that looked like they were not un dusted before handing over to us.
Hot water was good but the pressure was very low.

overall is nice stay there because the cheapest that i found compare to others place.
Pros:

its big 2 rooms gueen bed and single bed. got freezer and water dispenser, access to the internet and nice view to the beach. swimming pool is clean. fully furnish.
The housekeeping come everyday to collect the trash.

Cons:

the shower was not in place. we unable to hang the shower pipe broken. the iron not working and i have to wear my shirt with wrinkles when i attend to my niece registration at immigration academic nearby.
and the pillow in my room smell no good. its seem very long time no change the cover.

Seaview but u cant view the sea from the unit.
Pros:

The place is very clean and near to sea side..Have kids pool and very neatly maintained.

Cons:

U cant view the sea from balcony or window..The resort is surrounded with big trees that u cant even see the sea at all..
Came all the way from Selangor just to see the tree from balcony at PD

The trees should be trimmed a little so customers can have good view of the sea from the unit.

Cons:

Rooms: Photos look nice but in reality its a little rundown with a damp smell. The smell is the most prominent. Mattresses and pillows are old, just close one eye then ok. The worst was the kitchen with plaster ceiling dropping off. Refer photos. Imagine prepping kids milk in this environment. At first I thought it was ant bait.

Breakfast: DO NOT take the breakfast option. It is the worst thing. Does not even qualify for a 3-star hotel standard. I am not sure how many reviews say the breakfast is amazing, we were looking forward to it and were very disappointed.

Playground: Rundown and broken. Management should at least maintain it so kids can play. There were many part thats are rusty and sharp too. Just need to monitor your kids.

I think if this place is managed well it can turn out to be a good experience for guests. Based on my stay, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Hope the management takes some better initiative.
