Moderate. Might consider to revisit if needed.
Pros:

The room is clean. Tiles flooring. Comfortable towels provided. Sufficient lighting and strong internet connection as I have an online class to attend during my stay. Nearby to DIY, Secret Recipe, etc.

Cons:

The toilet is smelly. A lot of stray dogs around the hotel area. Not suitable to jog or brisk walk.

Pros:

Hotel selesa. Untuk bermalam sesuai dengan harga. Jika setakat nak merehatkan badan, tak perlu mahal2, sini ok sangat, bersih, ruang besar bilik, qnak2 pun selesa. Air panas toilet berfungsi dengan baik, aircond pun ok, ada coway lagi. Dekat dengan kedai2. Bawah kedai burger, farmasi pun ada 😍 kalau pergi melaka, insyaAllah sini akan jadi tempat bermalam.

Cons:

Kipas tak boleh adjust perlahan. Kipas kuat, aircond lagi, jadi sejuk sangat. If on salqh 1 pun sejuk 😅😂
