Lekker zwembad met bedjes. Mooi schoon hotel met prima kamers.
Fijne gym met goede voorzieningen. Aziatisch ontbijt.
Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie van het hotel iets buiten het centrum maar prima te bereiken met taxi.
Aangrenzend winkelcentrum is vrij modern.
Badkamermeubel niet groot en douche/toilet afgeschermd door glas
Great Location & Wonderful Staff
I had a lovely stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Kuala Lumpur. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly and professional, and their service really made my stay enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also very efficient and did a great job.
The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around and explore Kuala Lumpur.
There are just a couple of areas that I feel could be improved. The buffet breakfast could use some attention, particularly with the variety and overall quality. Also, the toilet floor area in the bathroom needs a more thorough clean, including bleaching, and the drainage needs to be unclogged.
These are small things that could easily be addressed. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
Buffet needs to have more options
The staff are helpful especially Mr Chong at front desk. He's attentive to my requests and questions and cheerful person. The room is comfortable with amenities provided. A nice and quiet place to wind down after a hectic day out. Near to a mall with food options and a supermarket for snacks and drinks. Overall a surprising and wonderful stay.
Maybe a clothe line in bathroom for swimming clothes as there is no place to dry them.
habitación super amplia, con buenas vistas, cama king size comodísima con sábanas de calidad., frigo, cafetera nesspreso, secador, baño limpio, ducha amplia y caliente. muy tranquila y silenciosa. desayuno riquísimo si te gusta la comida asiática. Nos alojamos la noche de llegada a Malasia, y tuvimos un sueño totalmente reparador. personal amable y eficiente. la piscina es súper agradable. muy cerca en grab de la estación de autobuses.
