Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Prettig hotel met goede kamers en sanitair. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en attent.
Het hotel ligt bij een grote mall en de metro op loopafstand. Dus alle bezienswaardigheden gemakkelijk te bereiken

Cons:

Het ontbijt is vooral Aziatisch georiënteerd. De keuze is ruim, ziet er zeer goed uit, maar verwacht geen Europees ontbijt.

大型商業施設に隣接し、すべて揃った滞在。どこに行くにもアクセスがいい！
Pros:

朝食ビュッフェは毎日工夫をこらしていて、とても美味しい。
24時間のジム。プール。隣接したショッピングモール、レストラン街、スーパーマーケット、コンビニなど、便利な環境。スタッフも親切。部屋も清潔で、清掃も行き届いています。
グラブを呼んでもすぐに来るアクセスの良さ。鉄道駅にもアクセスよし。

Cons:

トイレのハンドウォシュレットの調整が不十分。
ものすごい水圧で、痛い。弱くすると洗えない。ノズルの調整できていなくて握りにくかった。
アメニティの歯ブラシが、ちょっと粗末すぎて、1回の使用中に毛が抜けてきた。

Pros:

The stay is considered as pleasant. However there is an issue with the water heater. The water heater is difficult to control the heat level that i want.

It was little bit too far from the centre and I didn’t realise that when I booked. But lovely clean hotel.

Great Stay with some concerns on internet
Pros:

The hotel features excellent, very spacious rooms with a modern and clean design—plenty of space to work and relax. The location is its biggest strength; being directly connected to the MRT makes getting into the city center effortless, and having EkoCheras Mall right next door is perfect for dining and groceries

Cons:

There were a few issues. There is no consistency with the hot water—it fluctuates between scalding hot and cold. Also, note that there is no masjid within walking distance.

My biggest concern was the internet; we couldn't access Outlook or Botim. Even after the technical team visited the room, they couldn't provide a fix. Breakfast was average and lacked variety—I was disappointed to see no choice of croissants. It’s a good stay for the room quality, but the service and utilities need improvement

Serious problem of handling guest safety and security
Cons:

We were shocked that the connecting door to the next room was opened from the other side at 2am while we were at sleep. We thought they were killers or burglars broke in to kidnap or kill or rob us. We shouted so loud and they somehow backed off.
We called the front desk and asked for help. Front desk sent a security guard but to our surprise, the security guard did not come to our room. I called three times and I almost wanted to call the police. Finally the security guard came and locked the connecting door on our room. We could not sleep well the remaining night and the second night as we kept waking up to check if anybody broke into the room.
What we were unhappy with how the hotel deal with the incident. The hotel had never offered any explanation as to why the connecting door in our room was opened from the other side. My basic understanding is that the connecting doors can only be opened when both sides open theirs. This is a serious security incident as it happened at 2am and we felt personal safety violated. No apology from the hotel too.
To the hotel management, please do something to up the training of your staff on how to handle such security incident.
