Very clean. Good location since it’s inside the mall so great access to MRT while being out of the way. Nice to not be in the chaos of BB.

Pros:

以帶一歲半幼兒第一次來吉隆坡的家庭而言，這間住宿真的非常合適！我們整體體驗很好，整理幾個特別推薦的點：
1.早餐種類豐富又好吃，而且用餐時間從 6:30 到 10:30，時段很長。爸爸媽媽可以趁小孩還在休息時先到餐廳用餐，安排上非常輕鬆。（而且都會隨時補菜，不用擔心沒吃到。）
2.飯店隔壁就有商場，餐廳選擇很多，很適合直接外帶回房間，和小孩一起慢慢吃，對帶小朋友的家庭很方便！
3.使用 Grab 叫車都很快，等候時間大多不超過 5 分鐘，外出移動很順暢。
4.非常推薦游泳池！ 有約 0.3m 深的幼童池，小朋友可以安心玩水，我們家小孩玩得非常開心。
5.在 Booking.com 訂房，入住前幾天用信用卡完成付款，抵達飯店時只需要出示證件、簽名，很快就拿到房卡入住，流程相當便利。

整體來說，如果是帶幼兒旅行的家庭，住在這裡會輕鬆很多，也很適合作為第一次帶小孩來吉隆坡的住宿選擇。

Cons:

入住第一天房務人員打掃得非常整潔，房間狀況很好。不過第二天的房務品質明顯比較馬虎，像是流理臺區完全沒有被清理到，這部分稍微可惜。如果之後能維持一致的清潔品質，整體住宿體驗會更好！

Stay was Okay~
Pros:

The view from the room was great. The room was clean and well-equipped.
The hotel was connected to the mall, it was very convenient for quick shopping trip.

Cons:

The breakfast spread was limited, and the food was extremely oily.
I was disappointed with the bed type. I did not get the requested bed type for my room. It was 2 single beds joined together, and they were moving apart. How about not giving customers options to choose from? and have a fix room type to choose and book from.
The parking was expensive, and it was troublesome to go to the lobby to validate the TNG card every time you went out.

Cons:

The room only available at 530. The staff just prepared the sofa bed when i arrived eventhough booking earlier. Pool quite dirty. Simple brrakfast only.
