Pros:

Petit hôtel simple,propre et bien placé,
Ridzuan, le patron est exceptionnel, il fera tout pour que vous soyez bien 👍. La première chambre ne me convenait pas, pas de problème, on change.dans la deuxième un bruit de ventilation me dérangeait, problème résolu en peu de temps.
Il m'a même conduit à la station de bus.
Si vous avez un problème, n' hésitez pas à lui en faire part.

Pros:

Location, within town, can walk to Jonker, Kg Morten and inside mosque compound (great for Muslims for congregation prayers). Cheap, almost free (1 time payment of RM8) parking.
Very friendly manager/owner, i.e. En Ridhuan.

Cons:

Bathroom has strong sewer smell.
No clothes hangers in bathroom.
Sink and shower taps drip continuously.
