We stayed for two weeks and had a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself was a lot smaller than the photo suggested but that was not really the biggest issue. We had to boil water to wash our dishes in the kitchen as there was no hot water to the kitchen sink. Bare minimum for kitchen items. Found a small burnt out saucepan under the kitchen sink. Also no hot water to the bathroom sinks. Very poor quality furniture. Our bed broke, twice. We had service to the apartment 1 time during the 2 week stay. If i had not queried when it was going to be serviced, I do not believe it would have been. Bathrooms dirty, mouldy grout around the shower and sinks. Had to use the 1 shower for all six people as the smaller bathroom's hot water lasted for only a few minutes. Had 1 towel each to use per week so had to wash our own towels. Also purchased out own toilet paper and in bags as only 1 roll of paper per toilet and 1 bin bag. Electronic mechanism to main door kept falling off. Pool rules ridiculous. Not allower to swim if you were not completely covered up. Had to change into dry clothes before going back to apartment. No towels provided at the pool side, making very difficult as we already had just 1 towel per person. Fines were threatened if people got into the lift with wet feet, which although it was fair enough, it was not adhered to by all. We have been coming to KL regularly for years and this has been by far the worst property we have stayed in. Never again!

Dispite detailed instructions the office was very difficult to locate. For future reference it's next to the Police station.
The apartment is on the 25th floor out of 46.
35m swimming pool and reasonable gym.
Motorbike noise at night can be a pain for light sleepers.

The accommodation was serviced apartment.
Check in instructions were therefore not standard. You would receive a WhatsApp from an Unkown number to confirm the check in details. A process that is not new to me and especially arriving somewhere new raises some concerns .

Excellent accommodation with first class service. Great location near malls and MRT 2 stops from Bukit Bintang. My stopoff in KL from now on

Love that it is within walking distance to the mall where we can go for food. The management has been wonderful to work with. The team is super responsive to whatever questions we have. Will definitely come back to stay here if we are back to this part of the world again.

Loved the location, everything you need is not far away. The place was great, the staff etc. need to upgrade the cleanness's. Specially the toilets. I was traveling with kids and it was great place to be with family

This facility is great for long term stay, convenient location as big shopping mall is just across the street. MRT station is walking distance as well. Staff is very friendly and supportive for guests. One disappointed thing is not very well cleaned. Lots of hair were left on the floor, and hair and stains were noticeable on the sheets.

Comfortable and cosy 3 bed condo . Well maintained and tidy. Has washer dryer which was extremely useful. Security team very helpful. Easy check in and good communication with the host . Check out was smooth. Lift is fast. Will definitely come-back in the futures

地方真的很整潔，環境很好，出入也感到安全。加上鄰近的Velocity Mall ，內裡應有盡有，並有很大的超級市場，購物非常方便👍

Good place to stay with family and great location.

The overall experience was awesome. Wifi connectivity for TV set can be improved.
