Paradise with perfect staff
Pros:

Everything. The staff are incredible (Mohamed and Moufassa, especially), the location is out of this world, the facilities are luxurious and everything is better than the photos. We spent 2 nights here and felt so welcomed, cared for and experienced truly personalised attention. We spend part of our honeymoon here (we didn’t inform the staff until we checked out) and it still exceeded our expectation. This hotel is absolutely perfect - where else can you get sunrise over desert dunes from your bed?

Wonderful. A real oasis
Pros:

The hotel is just beautiful. A real oasis. The staff were so helpful- they let us stay in our room until 6pm for free as we had a late flight. They organised all our activities. The view is incredible and the rooms so comfortable. The pool water was incredibly refreshing after spending hot days on the dunes!

Vistas increíbles. Gestion mejorable
Pros:

Las vistas a las dunas increíbles.Hubo problemas en el vuelo y nos esperaron para hacer el Booking hasta las dos y media de la madrugada.
Era nuestro trenta aniversario de bodas y nos dejaron una bonita nota de felicitación en la habitación.
La cena del restaurante muy rica. La carne muy tierna y gustosa.

Cons:

Si no tienes coche, estás perdido. Sólo dispones del coche del hotel y al precio que pone el hotel.
En cada alojamiento, nos ofrecieron té, pastas y cacahuetes de bienvenida. Entiendo que el primer día no era posible dado que llegamos de madrugada, pero nos alojamos allí dos noches, al día siguiente podrían haber tenido el detalle de ofrecernos té en algún momento.

Le vue sur les dunes était splendide ! Le petit déjeuner à volonté était super ! Un terrain de padel vue dune également, non annoncé sur l’annonce, quelle belle surprise ! La qualité de la literie aussi au top !

Very scenic hotel right at the edge of the dunes
Pros:

The location could not have been better. Right behind the hotel started the dunes. From the (surprisingly refreshing) infinity pool you had a great view at the dunes. If you arrive, turn from the main road towards the dunes at the Shell gas station (sign: Dunes d'Or). Drive until you get to the next sign with Dunes d'Or, but this time don't follow it. Keep right instead.

Cons:

A little more shaded parking lots would be appreciated. A fridge in the room would be nice. And the safe needs to be attached to the shelf.

Déçu mais beau
Pros:

Une piscine vétuste (manque du carrelage)mais une vue sur les dunes,faite pour des photos inoubliables. La gentillesse du personnels (nombreux)

Le manque abris pour véhicules
Une carte restaurant pas raffinée avec un manque de plat marocain(pourquoi des pâtes Burger etc..?)la cuisine marocaine suffit pour nos papilles (pas ici) ampoule grillée draps froissé,oreillers 3 blancs et 1jauni manque petit frigo ..pour ce prix plusde 2000dh cest abusé dommage
Déjà a notre arrivée les draps de la première chambre rouge a lèvre sur les draps.. le directeur nous change de chambre .et pfff ampoule etc... bref ouf personnel gentil .. a revoir les critères des tarifs
