Swiss Continental Hotel

Clean room and check-in staff were very welcoming.

The hotel located in the centre of Marrakech. It was very close to the iconic scenes. Rooms were spacious, decent and comfortable. The amenities were well filled up during their daily cleaning.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Front desk, Miss Ibtissam, treated the customers very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the Swiss Continental Hotel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed at the reception by Imane, who greeted me with a lovely cup of tea. She also handled my check-in smoothly and provided me with all the useful information I needed for my stay.

When checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to be sent off with a thoughtful goodie bag — a sweet treat for the palate and something to drink for the journey. Such attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my experience truly memorable.

Mon séjour au Swiss Continental a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec une chaleur et un professionnalisme rares. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours attentif, disponible et soucieux du moindre détail pour garantir un séjour parfait.

L’hôtel est superbe, alliant élégance contemporaine et charme marocain. Chaque espace est décoré avec goût, dans un style raffiné et apaisant. Ma chambre était un véritable cocon de confort : spacieuse, lumineuse, décorée avec soin, et remplie de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. On sent que chaque élément a été pensé pour offrir une expérience unique.

Je recommande le Swiss Continental sans la moindre hésitation. C’est un établissement de très haut niveau, à la hauteur des plus grandes exigences. J’en garde un souvenir mémorable et je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Marrakech.

In the new area of the town walkable distance from Medina. Very accommodative staff. Inmate was very supportive and did accommodate us by having all our family rooms on the same floor. Thank you again.
