Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro, quartiere silenzioso e sorvegliato.
Personale gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Cons:

Purtroppo Marrakech ha problemi con acqua e fognature (pressione bassa e difficoltà nello scarico)

Charming location lovely staff great breakfast
Pros:

Great location authentic and comfortable, lovely bedding, great breakfast
The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay great

Cons:

The stairs were polished concrete slippery and without handrails didn’t like at all
No facility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room
Netflix didn’t work in our room but did in other rooms 🤔🙁

Riad maravilhoso
Pros:

Estadia perfeita, eles tem Transfer gratuito desde o aeroporto até o Riad! O quarto é maravilhoso, muito bem decorado! E o pessoal do Riad muito simpático, sempre disposto a te ajudar!

Cons:

Só senti falta de um box no banheiro separando o chuveiro do restante. Também senti falta de canais ao vivo na televisão.

Impeccable riad
Pros:

Nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport de Marrakech par un chauffeur, puis par un gentil membre du personnel qui nous a guidé jusqu'au riad (4 minutes de marche - 3 minutes sans bagages). Il nous a immédiatement servi thé, muffins et eau. Nous savions alors que nous aurions un excellent séjour chez Yves. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Notre chambre était luxueuse et moderne, tout en gardant le charme d'un riad. Le lit était spacieux et confortable. Le déjeuner était copieux et succulent. Il était possible de choisir son déjeuner au moment de l'arrivée. La terrasse permettait de profiter du soleil de Marrakech. L'emplacement était excellent - dans un lieu calme, à environ 18 minutes à pied de Jemaa El Fna. Le personnel était attentif. Un manuel sur le riad et le Maroc était dans la chambre. Nous avons adoré qu'il s'agisse d'un plus petit riad (4 chambres), ce qui assurait l'intimité et le calme. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

Cons:

Nous avons voyagé à Marrakech à la fin décembre, où le temps est plus frais. La chambre était donc plutôt froide, mais il y avait une couverture additionnelle et un foyer électrique. L'eau de la douche était aussi froide. Cependant, ces éléments ne changent pas notre appréciation du riad et notre intention d'y revenir.

All in all we had a great stay. Conveniently located to most sights. Room was comfortable and the staff were very warm.

Super Hotel, würde wiederkommen!

Das Yves ist ein kleines Boutique Hotel mit familiärem Flair, die Mitarbeitenden sind super nett, hilfsbereit, kommunikativ, man hat das Gefühl, unter Freunden zu sein. Ein besonderer Dank gilt den netten Damen vom Frühstück und natürlich Zakaria und Solaiman. Das Frühstück war lecker, das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch top, man ist inmitten der Altstadt in den verwinkelten Gassen, aber dennoch zentral.

Pros:

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The property is situated in a peaceful corner of Marrakech, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, yet close enough to reach the key attractions with ease. The hotel itself enchants with its intimate atmosphere , beautiful traditional interiors and a well-kept courtyard create a perfect place to relax.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions and offer recommendations on what to see nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Breakfast was tasty and served in a pleasant, calm setting.

An ideal place for anyone looking for the authentic atmosphere of Marrakech while appreciating peace and comfort. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Cons:

From time to time, a slight sewage smell was noticeable in the room. It wasn’t very bothersome, but it may be worth the staff’s attention.Installing a siphon would likely solve the issue completely.
