Great clean, large room in central location
Pros:

Very central, modern, clean and spacious.
Highly recommended!

Note: no elevator and you must be able to carry luggage 3-4 floors upstairs.

Pros:

Room was very clean.
I enjoyed the stay and had good sleep before climbing Mount Kinabalu.
I would like to recommend this hotel to others.

系列店の中では、ACJが良い
Pros:

CJレジデンスとACレジデンスとACJレジデンスに行ったが、ACJが一番良い。
ただ、どうしてもトイレは少し臭い。この部屋は、シャワールームが独立していて完全に分かれている為少しマシだが、換気扇を通して臭いがくるようで、シャワールームも少し臭う。
スタッフはとても返信が早く、対応が良い。
お部屋もまぁまぁ良いが、タオルは少し薄汚くほつれている。あと、Wi-Fiが少し弱い。
また、エレベーターがなく階段しかない。事前にホテルに確認し、荷物を運んでくれるとの事だったが、結局ACとACJは女性スタッフが荷物を運んでおり、全部の荷物を運んでくれなかった。
エレベーターがないのは、本当に不便。
立地が良いので、観光メインで寝泊まりするなら、コストパフォーマンスが良いと思う。

Nice Clean Room, Super clean
Pros:

The hotel room is very clean and spacious. It has all the basic needs, the room itself is all good, very good. The room rate is super reasonable. A minor weakness is the room is situated at the 4th floor, there is no lift so one have to take the stairs up, so this hotel may not be suitable for elderly who have difficulty in walking.
