Pros:

Grande chambre avec terrasse et vue mer. Personnel attentif et réactif

Cons:

Nous étions en plein ramadan et de ce fait l'hôtel était vide et froid. Nous n'avions pas de buffer au petit déjeuner mais nous avons cependant été servis copieusement à table. Absence de décoration

I stayed at this suite hotel for three nights 08/26 to 08/29 of 2025 in their best suite (supposed to be)paid $1,222 per night), expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

The customer service was terrible — staff were rude, unhelpful, and management seemed completely uninterested in guest satisfaction. The food options were extremely poor, especially the breakfast, which was low quality. The dining experience felt like a complete rip-off.

To make things worse, the room was full of mosquitoes, which made it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. For the amount I paid, I expected luxury and comfort, but instead I got stress and disappointment.

Never again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible experience. They overcharged me on just about everything. Room service has a 20% service charge. When I checked in, the receptionist asked me if I was alone and I said yes. So she downgraded me to a standard suite, when I had already paid for a premium seafront suite. I had to pay an extra 400 USD to basically get what I had already booked through Booking.com. Unprofessional staff, the service is terrible. The hotel is small and lacking basic amenities. Never again. Waste of time and money, that is the honest truth.
