Bonjour, je souhaite entrer. Pourquoi me refuse-t-on l'accès ? J'ai appelé concernant ma réservation. Le montant de la réservation a été débité de ma carte et vous refusez de m'accueillir à l'hôtel. A Booking se mostrou uma péssima empresa e sem dúvida alguma nunca mais fecho nada com eles. Em outra thread estou tratando um problema que tive com a hospedagem em Marrocos e hoje me pediram que eu entre em contato com o hotel para eu ver se consigo a devolução do valor pago.
