Pros:

A localização é muito boa!
O tamanho do apartamento é perfeito para um descanso como se estivesse na minha casa.
Os funcionários são cordiais e falam inglês! Importante para quem não fala árabe ou francês.

Pros:

Tres bien placé pour visiter la mosquée Hassan 2. Appartement propre et stationnement facilité par la disponibilité du personnel qui réserve des places pour les locataires. Excellent petit-déjeuner.

Alles in allem kann ich sagen, dass das Hotel meinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat
Pros:

Der Kaffee war beste, die Bedienungen super nett und das Personal der Rezeption 1A. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Allein die Klimaanlage war für meine Verhältnisse zu laut, ein Zimmerwechsel war aber auf Wunsch möglich, so dass ein Teil der Geräusche wegfiel nachts.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fällt eher mager, einseitig und fad aus. Die Fenster waren akustisch kaum wirksam und die Straße vor dem Hotel dadurch sehr laut.

A comfortable and spacious stay in a good location, but the service and breakfast could be improved.
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a sofa, and fridge. It was clean and had plenty of natural light. The location was also quite good, being relatively close to the seafront and convenient for getting around Casablanca.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came to clean my room during my stay, 3 days even though I requested it. I also asked the reception to fix the TV; they promised someone would come, but nobody showed up before I checked out. In addition, the breakfast options were limited. I requested an egg-free breakfast, but it was not well arranged and there were very few suitable alternatives.

The most friendly and supportive receptionists I have ever met
Pros:

The two very supportive receptionists Mr. Ismaiel and Mr. Ibrahim were doing there best to provide us with the best customer service experience. Both of them were very attentive, friendly, and always willing to make the guests happy :)

When needed, the manger was supportiveand attentive. The housekeeping take place every second day and it was good. After the first two breakfasts, the supportive manger and staff was very kind to provide us with a very nice breakfast at the hotel's café, it was very good both the food and service at the café.

Fair , can be perfect with some minor amendments

Not having one apart for entire family, not good to split a family to two apartment while it just need some small amendments to accomodate all family of 6 to one apart especially with children less than 5 y.o
