The Riad COULD be lovely. The staff were very friendly and as helpful as possible. But the road was very poorly managed and maintained. We had the security guard/gate person greet us/ show us our room as there were no reception staff or manager available. We had booked this hotel specifically for the large swimming pool but it was empty when we arrived and when we left looked like it wasn’t going to be filled for a long time as I was undergoing lengthy maintenance. I think we should have been advised of this, but were not. We were shown a much smaller pool in the Riad next door which we could use, but it was nothing like the pool shown in all the photos on Expedia. Also the foundation at the front was dry and dirty and looked like it had been like that for a long while. We ate dinner the first night of chicken but didn’t notice the chicken wings weren’t fully cooked until it was too late. ie our son had eaten them who then had diarrhoea the next day.
The garden looked unkempt as did the facilities. For example there was a table tennis table but the bats were falling apart and the table tennis ball was broken. That was also a table football game but almost next to it there was the electricity fuse box open and free for any child to accidentally explore and touch.
In our bathroom we found a live cockroach and in our sons bed (which wasn’t atoll close to the bathroom) what looked like cockroach shells/skin. I have photos of all of this and can share if useful.

Nice place to stay if you want to be away from the city. We visited in April, so this could be the reason the place looked run down. The swimming pool was dirty and the hot tub out of order. Bbq area in disuse. The staff was lovely and nice food too, they only serve the dosh of the day.

True authentic property if anyone wants to experience living in a Riad outside of town. Very kind staff and amazing kitchen producing authentic food.

Really amazing stay! Airport transfer arranged with hotel and was waiting for us outside arrivals.
Really warm welcome from staff with a tour of room and tea served to us which was lovely.
Breakfast was plentiful, very filling & top ups of coffee milk when requested. All staff are so warm and helpful, they honestly can’t do enough for you.
We were put onto a bus into the medina which was so cheap and advised to get a taxi back and how much to expect to pay.
We ate at the hotel both nights and the food was incredible, I could eat that meal over and over again!
The surroundings are amazing, well looked after gardens and pool was freezing but kids still enjoyed it.
We would definitely stay here again, we had plenty of space in our family room, fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. we knew it was about 15/20 mins from the centre but this didn’t bother us as we only planned to go in once and our other trip collected us from the hotel.
The staff really make this place they were just all so kind & pleasant.

It was quite far from the city centre and airport. The distance was more than 10 K. Staff very helpful and kind. They prepared our breakfast for the next as we were leaving early. That was very kind. The Room was clean but the bathroom needed to be refurbished. Floor was cracked but useable.
I just wanted to thank the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel but not for those wanted to be in the city centre . There were nothing outside the hotel to see, but the service was excellent.

Estuve 4 Dias con mi familia, es un hotel muy acogedor, El personale es muy amable. Volveria con mi familia.

Ich wurde herzlich aufgenommenen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt. Daher für Rückfragen oder Informationen nicht hilfreich. Leider spricht in der Unterkunft niemand Enlisch, daher war die Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Das tägliche Frühstück ist leider sehr eintönig gewesen. Leider immer das gleiche. Das Riad ist sehr abgelegen, viele Taxifahrer wissen nicht wo es ist oder möchten es gar nicht erst anfahren. Der einzige Taxifahrer dort wurde mir von der Unterkunft empfohlenen. Somit hatte ich keine große Wahl und habe natürlich immer den gleichen Fahrer rufen müssen, der sein stolzen festen Preis hatte. Das Zimmer welches ich erhalten habe war sehr dunkel. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Kopfteil des Bettes aus Holz hat die besten Jahre bereits hinter sich. Die Bettwäsche ist leider auch nicht wirklich das Wahre gewesen. Kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer. Kein Tageslicht. Kein Fernseher und sehr hellhörig. Das Bad war nicht so toll. Die Dusche eine Katastrophe. Aus dem Duschkopf kam sehr wenig Wasser heraus und dann auch nur leicht lauwarm. Wenn das Wasser nach 10 Minuten fast aufgebraucht wurde, war das Wasser dann kalt. Trotzdem bedanke uch mich für die Gastfreundlichkeit aller Angestellten des Riads und wünsche ihnen alles Gute.

Un riad trés bien entrenu,ou on se sent bien... loin des hotels de masse et du bruit de Marrakech... au calme,reposant! En revanche si vous avez l'intention de ne faire que Marrakech en effet c'est assez excentré... Mohamed et tout le personnel au top... je reviendrai!

Very rural, surrounded by a lot of unfinished building. But very quiet with garden and pool, a pleasant stay.

Unser Aufenthalt im Guest House Las Palmeras war einfach fantastisch! Von der ersten Minute an haben Simo und sein Team uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das Gefühl gegeben, als wären wir zu Hause. Sie waren stets für uns da und haben alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt.

Die Lage des Guest House ist perfekt, ruhig und doch nah genug an Marrakesch, um die Stadt problemlos zu erkunden. Das Anwesen selbst ist wunderschön gepflegt, mit herrlichen Gärten und einem erfrischenden Pool, der nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen ist.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jeden Morgen erwartete uns ein leckeres Frühstück, das wir im Garten genießen konnten. Simo und sein Team waren immer bereit, uns mit wertvollen Tipps und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Aktivitäten zu versorgen.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die persönliche Betreuung. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, und man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass es dem Team wichtig ist, dass die Gäste eine unvergessliche Zeit erleben. Wir würden dieses Guest House jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine Oase der Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft in der Nähe von Marrakesch sucht.

Vielen Dank an Simo und sein Team für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Séjour vraiment très agréable, personnels au petit soins , l'endroit est sublime, calme apaisant, ressourçant, la piscine plus que agréable par ces chaleurs !!! Allez y les yeux fermé 😍
