Il serait souhaitable de renouveler les deux dosettes de café tout les matin car introuvable dans le commerce...
Pas facile de trouver les fonctions des interrupteurs, entre l'entrée, la salle de bain le salon et le lit wouhaaa l'enfer !!!!!

Dirty floors everyday, got fed up asking the hotel to clean them properly. Every time I left the room I had to go in the shower to clean my feet. No hand towels had to ask. Didn’t give us an overview of hotel as instructions all in French. One coffee pod each for the five days we stayed they even though said included. No ice all chargeable. Phone in room didn’t work on arrival. Had to ask for everything! Wanted a tip every time came to the room. Bed not changed in the five days we were there. Key stopped working twice. Warm water in shower last approx 2 mins.

La chambre à proximité d'une avenue un peu bouillante à cause de la circulation mais il y a des chambres qui donne côté pavillons beaucoup plus calme.

The bed was very hard and so uncomfortable. Noisy traffic especially at night.

au chapitre des bémols : le lit king size est extrémement dur et il est quasiment impossible de passer une bonne nuit. l’insonorisation n’est pas bonne et on entend beaucoup les bruits de la circulation.
il n’y a pas d’extérieurs à proprement parler. on peut prendre le petit déjeuner sur une terrasse mais il faut sortir de l’hotel qui a une brasserie à 30 mètres de là. C’est pas impossible mais ce n’est pas confortable.

Manque livret d'accueil : mot de passe wifi, téléphone accueil...
Manque de check de la chambre : rideau mal accroché, prise de courant défectueuse (mauvais contact)

Room smelt of smoke and was not that clean.

Absence de lien entre le personnel et le client (aucune question sur le déroulement de séjour par exemple)
J’ai pourtant sélectionné l’hôtel en me fiant au commentaires positifs à ce sujet

Nearness to beach etc

Although the hotel and the rooms were clean, daily room service did not always happen and some of us had to request for some of our rooms to be cleaned properly. Cleaning staff must have dropped one of our toiletry bags on the floor in the bathroom and a battery operated gadget came apart and left broken but there was no acknowledgement of it. It was left broken near the bathroom sink. This was reported to hotel reception on checkout. At checkout, we were not asked about our stay. The front desk staff ere friendly and polite but could be a bit more enthusiastic, proactive and knowledgeable. There was no tourist information available at the hotel like many hotels we have been to. I understand the hotel is very new, the surrounding compound and carpark areas could do with maintenance as currently the pavements around it is quite rough and unclean. We took many taxis during our stay and none of the taxi drivers were aware of this hotel despite giving them the address, which was quite strange. We had to guide all the taxi drivers we came across using google maps on our own mobile phones.
