Pros:

appena arrivati, nonostante fossimo fuori orario del checkin ci hanno accolti con il classico tè alla menta per poi afre una chiacchierata per indicarci diversi posti da visitare. il girono dopo abbiamo passato un altro piacevole momento con Karim sul tetto del riad. l'indomani inoltre ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto perchè dovevamo partire presto

Truly outstanding hospitality from the hotel staff, Ibrahim and Omar. They helped arrange a taxi from the airport, personally escorted us from the taxi to the hotel, made tea & chatted with us when we arrived, and already had the AC running in our room when we were ready to turn in. The next morning Ibrahim packed us some food for our day since we couldn't stay for breakfast. Whatever they're being paid is not enough, they were the highlight of our stay!

Cons:

The location is a 20-ish min walk to the square, and a bit of a maze to find. But you can always use google maps or call a taxi.

Excelente servicio y comodidad
Pros:

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, se preocuparon para que todo saliera bien en nuestra estancia y la hicieron increíble

Cons:

Un poco lejos del centro, 25 minutos caminando y hay que ir unos minutos por callejones hasta llegar al Riad

Best hotel experience we've had!
Pros:

We absolutely loved everything about Riad Amalia! The whole place is stunning and the room was very comfortable and beautiful, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very kind and welcoming, the customer service was unlike anything we've experienced before. Upon arrival, they greeted us with tea and carried our luggage up to the room. Every day when we came back to the hotel in the evening, the room was tidy, the bed was made, got fresh towels. The breakfast was also amazing with fresh bread, pancakes, eggs, freshly squeezed juice and coffee. The price for our 4-day stay was absolutely amazing, will definitely come back here when we visit Marrakech again in the future. 100% recommend to everyone who wants to stay in a riad!!

Perfecto para una estancia en Marraquech
Pros:

un lugar bien ubicado a 10 mins caminando del centro, la plaza. Todo bien, nos quedamos en la calle algo mas de media hora esperando que viniera el recepcionista a abrirnos. A pesar de ello todo correcto.

Décoration charmante, bonne localisation, le spa sur la terrasse.

Cons:

Fortes odeurs d'humidité dans une chambre et d'égout dans la seconde.
Petit-déjeuner peu qualitatif.
Nous n'avons pas eu le choix que de payer en espèces sur place.

Un lieu paisible où l'on reviendra avec plaisir
Pros:

Joli Riad dans un environnement calme et pas trop loin à pied du cœur de la médina (20min)
Nous avons été accueillies avec une grande gentillesse par Karim, qui a toujours été aux petits soins pendant notre séjour, il nous a apporté du thé et a veillé à ce que l'on ne manque de rien, il nous a même accompagnés un soir de pluie pour aller chercher à manger. Une terrasse sur le toit du riad où nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuners préparés par une équipe féminine adorable.
Chambre très bien décorée et très propre, bonne literie

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Amalia pour votre gentillesse et votre attention qui ont largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour la douche qui éclabousse un peu partout, impossible de régler l’orientation du pommeau mais ce n’est pas grave

Pros:

The Riad Amalia was an excellent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff making sure that your stay was as comfortable as possible. Centrally located not far from the main market. Food for dinner was very good! If you ever get a chance to come to Marrakesh, Riad Amalia is a wonderful place to stay!

Un refuge à Marrakech
Pros:

Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits au Riad, et ce que nous avons le plus aimé, c'est l'accueil d'Ibrahim et de ses collègues, ainsi que leur professionnalisme. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux avec quelques variations au fil des jours, toujours accompagnés d'une bonne tasse de thé à la menthe ! Les lieux sont superbes, les chambres et salles de bains sont grandes et propres. Le rooftop permet de profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les toits de Marrakech.

Mais ce que nous retiendrons personnellement, c'est la disponibilité et l'écoute d'Ibrahim lors de notre séjour au Riad, ainsi que nos discussions.
