Nothing. I hate it so much. Stuff tried to help, but was limited with what they can do with greedy owners/management.
So dirty. Cockroach infestation. Dirty linen. Rotten cabinets in bathroom and kitchen. Nothing resembling the photos. Dodgy neighbours.
And hardly stayed one night and runaway - spending a lot of money that night of insecticides sprays just to ward off the cockroaches from where the kids were sleeping. Requested refund and only got 50% after a month of fighting them. Booking.com helped as much as they could.
And it is NOT a simple clean up. The whole flat requires renovation and replacement of the rotten wooden board in the kitchen where cockroaches made it their home. Regardless of how much you spray insecticide, they will survive hiding in the closet and under the floor boards. 5min later, the cockroaches will be coming out victorious and roaming the place!

The good ones,
1. The unit is wide, good for a large number of family
2. Good view. Klcc, both twin tower, trx can be seen
3. Every part of the house got aircond

The bad ones,
1. The parking was confusing. No one to direct to the extra parking provided. Mind you it's in the heart of KL. One missed turn and you'll travel another 10~20 min to return. Plus it does not mention, the extra underground parking was without lift.
2. The unit was not well maintained. The toilet door was old and rotted some part of it.
3. The furniture was not cleaned. The sofa got a marking and dirt stain. Not to mention, the tv set up was chaotic, wire full around and the remote is not working, cant watch netflix youtube etc. The laundry area also did not tidy up and got some old towels hanging? The single bed provided was old and curved inward? 3 wall plugs were not working.
4. For those muslim, no sejadah and kiblat provided.
5. The agent and the owner seems not really in the know of the terms and regulations here. I need to ask the security for the time and rules for the pool

Dirty washing sponge, and no washing up liquid, not enough toilet rolls, TV can't be used, stink couch....
Overall, the experience was good. The swimming pool is large and very enjoyable. However, during our check-in on 25/12, the air conditioner in the living room was not functioning properly—it was leaking water heavily and appeared to be faulty. In the bathroom, there was a used baby diaper left behind, although overall cleanliness was acceptable. On a positive note, the staff and security guards were excellent—very helpful and professional. Please note that parking for more than one car requires an additional RM10 add-on. Other than these issues, everything else was satisfactory.
If you visit during school holidays or festive seasons, be prepared for very heavy traffic when going out from the homestay—it can be extremely congested. At the ground level, there are no proper restaurants available; the only convenience store is KK Mart, along with snack trucks that sell food at relatively high prices. There are many foreigners staying here.
On the positive side, all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the security guards, who were very professional. Outside the condominium, there is paid parking available at RM10 per day. The host provided complete facilities, and there were plenty of spare mattresses.
However, during our stay, we experienced issues with the air conditioner and the bathroom. The cleanliness was slightly lacking, as a used baby diaper was found—possibly overlooked by the cleaner. Additionally, there is a cemetery located below the residence, and there was nearby construction work, which caused noise early in the morning.

Its located at a good location.
The apartment was not properly maintained. Cupboard broken. 2 AC’s out of 3 bedrooms were not working. Upon multiple requests owner gave us another apartment for one night but unfortunately only one AC could be fixed next day. We were charged for the early checkin but were not refunded for the discomfort and deficiency of services. Also the photos shown in the property are different but the actual flat is different as it has all old furniture. Over all un pleasant stay.

We booked the property for two days, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of our trip. Here's a summary of the issues we faced:
The electric kettle in the kitchen was damaged.
The glasses in the cupboard were not clean and full of stains.
There were mites on the ceiling and spider webs hanging in various corners.
In one bedroom, the cupboard door with a mirror was detached and placed beside the cupboard, with the mirror half-broken.
The pillows had a bad smell, and the quilt was clearly used, with visible wrinkles indicating it hadn’t been replaced.
The door handles were loose.
The bathroom faucet was leaking, and one of the water heaters wasn’t working.
Due to these issues, we informed the owner that we wouldn’t stay for the second day and requested a refund for the second night. Unfortunately, the owner refused to refund the amount, and we had to book another property nearby at additional cost.
To make matters worse, this property is located in KLCC, a prime area, and yet it was in such poor condition. I am extremely disappointed with booking.com for allowing such properties to be listed on their platform. Even after providing photographic evidence, I didn’t receive any support from booking.com.
This experience has left a negative impression and ruined a part of our trip .I have attached photos for evidence. I can see the owner replied with fake comments. The spaces of the apartment is good for big family.
Need new kattle
Stay at Crest Residence all good 💯 . Only one that problem is access card provide one.. we have to go down and get relative or have to waiting at the lobby. The unit we stay 26-02 facility ok.. furniture (table dining n chair) broken, but still can seat. We will repeat stay in our next trip.Mr Anang you the best n helpful 💪👏
