Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

'Guests who book the Santapan Kampung room type are entitled to a local buffet dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cuisine during the fasting month.

Half Board Dinner is provided as a set menu and is applicable only for the number of paid guests included in the reservation.'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Your hotel is very close to the airport. It just takes about maximum ten minutes to walk theddds
Pros:

Good breakfast! The rooms are very spacious. I also liked complimentary drinks by the elevator

Cons:

There was a bit of smell in the room when I entered.

Comme à la maison en mieux
Pros:

Avant toute chose, le personnel toujours souriant, professionnel mais avec bienveillance, les chambres vastes on aurait pu être six on aurait été large, le petit déjeuner dans cette salle immense avec les stands de nourriture bien typés et diversifiés, avec de tout, de partout même avec un super double expresso fait par une machine pro bref un petit déjeuner pour champions et puis la piscine et son personnel attentionné sans oublier les petites gâteries du tea time apportées à la chambre, c'est la première fois et j'en ai fait quelques uns du 5* au petit bouge de quartier que j'ai un sentiment diffus comme si je quittait la maison 🤗💪🏼

SEVERELY UNMAINTAINED ROOMS, POOR HYGIENE, AND STRONG ODOR – MISLEADING DESCRIPTION

HORRIBLE HOTEL!

Cons:

We rarely write negative reviews, but this was, unfortunately, THE MOST DISSAPOINTING stays we have experienced.

The property is presented as a four-star hotel; however, the reality is FAR FROM IT. Upon arrival, the entrance and common areas initially give a positive impression, with a well-presented lobby and a pleasant pool/rest area. However, this impression changed completely once we went up to the room.

The hallway had a very strong and persistent unpleasant odor, which made it uncomfortable to even access the room. This did not feel like a temporary issue, but rather something that had clearly not been addressed for some time, raising concerns about the overall maintenance of the property.

Unfortunately, the condition inside the room was significantly WORSE.

The room was visibly UNCLEAN and poorly maintained. Floors and surfaces were dirty, the towels did not appear properly cleaned, and the bathroom/shower area was not in a usable condition. Overall, the room felt unhygienic and clearly below any acceptable standard.

While the staff did offer to show us another room after we raised the issue, the condition of the initial room, combined with the odor throughout the hallway, completely undermined our confidence in the hotel’s overall standards. At that point, we did not feel comfortable continuing the stay.

As a result, we left the property immediately and booked alternative accommodation, meaning we did not stay overnight.

For the price paid, this experience is not justifiable and does not reflect what is advertised. In its current condition, this property does not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel and would be more accurately aligned for a 2 star hotel.

We hope management takes this seriously and addresses the hygiene and maintenance issues.

Pros:

We liked the resort itself for being a resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were top notch. The rooms were big and spacious which was good for our family.

Cons:

My wife found the beds a little firm while I didn't mind it. The other thing you should know is that the resort is next to the airport and far from the spots you would like to visit like Pantai Cenang, Cable Cars or Kuah ( Eagle Sq ).
