Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

'Guests who book the Santapan Kampung room type are entitled to a local buffet dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cuisine during the fasting month.

Half Board Dinner is provided as a set menu and is applicable only for the number of paid guests included in the reservation.'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Amazing hotel, very nice and friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms, staff were amazing, really friendly and welcoming. Good selection of foods. Very close to the airport.

L accueil , les sourires , le fait d avoir eu la chambre avant l heure et rendu tard avant notre vol .
Super beau hôtel qui vaut plus qu un 4 étoiles , la chambre n en parlons pas sublime et spacieuse tout équipés et super calme ,parfait petit déjeuner avec choix , et l immense piscine bien fraîche , vraiment rien à dire merci à vous et au plaisir de vous revoir et de vous recommander dans notre entourage avec grand plaisir

Pros:

Literally a stroll from the airport and the pool was great.

Cons:

There’s not much in the way of dining around the property unless you want to get a taxi or have access to a car. Also a little outdated as far as the rooms go.

Un séjour inoubliable que je n’oublierai jamais
Pros:

J’ai passé l’un des meilleurs voyages de ma vie dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été tout simplement exceptionnel et je ne les oublierai jamais. Leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme ont fait toute la différence. Après avoir séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels, je peux dire sans hésiter que celui-ci se démarque largement des autres. Pour moi, c’est le meilleur hôtel de Langkawi. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable.
