From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.
For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.
'Guests who book the Santapan Kampung room type are entitled to a local buffet dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cuisine during the fasting month.

The pool was great fun for the kids, and they even had TV screens showing the World Cup, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing overall.
The lifts stopped working for at least two mornings during our stay, forcing us to use the stairs. Unfortunately, the handrails were badly rusted, and my youngest daughter ended up cutting herself on one. As a result, we had to visit a clinic for a tetanus jab once we returned home.
The situation by the pool was equally frustrating. The staff were very rude and initially refused to give us four towels, despite there being four of us booked into the room. I had to show our reservation as proof, even though we were already checked in. This felt unnecessary and came across as a power trip, especially since we had been given four towels the previous day without any issue.
Cleanliness was another major concern. Our room was not properly cleaned during our stay—staff would simply make the bed and leave. The area under the rug was full of sand and dirt. It was only after we complained that proper cleaning was done, and even then, it was the day before we were due to leave.
The condition of the corridors was also questionable. The carpets appeared dark, but on closer inspection, it seemed the lighting was dim to hide dirt. We never once saw anyone cleaning the hallways.
On a positive note, the reception staff were excellent and demonstrated what true customer service should look like.
However, due to the numerous issues we encountered, I would not return to this hotel.
Zwembad is heerlijk.
De kamers zijn klein. Zogenaamd zijn kinderen gratis maar wil je een extra bed voor ze dan kost dat veel geld. Ook bij ontbijt wordt moeilijk gedaan en willen ze dat je bij betaalt. Ontbijt is ruime keuze maar cakejes en pastries niet erg lekker. Lokaal eten en indiaas best flauw van smaak. En elke dag bijna zelfde. We hadden 4 persoonskamer maar elke dag kreeg ik maar 2. Het is naast vliegveld. Best ver van centrale plekken in Langkawi

It was an amazing resort with good swimming pool . Rooms were comfortable too. Breakfast was amazing.
It was slightly far from the Cenang Beach . As in 10-15 mins from Grab. Also everytime you need to ask something from reception/room service there wasnt an extension line. You had to WhatsApp them.

The convenient location, situated so close to the airport, is a definite advantage for travelers. The staff members demonstrated exceptional support throughout the stay. Guests will find the pool area to be impressively spacious. Children particularly enjoyed the engaging activities provided. Overall, this establishment offers a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Would be great to focus on room / bathroom renovations.

À noter que l’hôtel est littéralement au pied de l’aéroport mais pas de désagrément par rapport au bruit
L’hôtel est à 10/15mn de la plage de pantai cenang
Les Grabs sont dispo à n’importe quelle heure
Et finalement j’ai préférais être au calme dans mon hôtel qu au centre des animations
Le petit déjeuner était varié mais l’organisation était désastreuse !!!!!
Vraiment absolument à revoir avec les équipes !!!
