Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

'Guests who book the Santapan Kampung room type are entitled to a local buffet dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cuisine during the fasting month.

Half Board Dinner is provided as a set menu and is applicable only for the number of paid guests included in the reservation.'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Literally a minute from the airport. Perfect for a couple of days in order to settle in langkawi. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Enorm genoten
Pros:

Goede locatie, vlak naast het vliegveld. Enorm uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Zalig bed. Leuk zwembad

Cons:

Het js wat verouderd. Sommige ligbedjes aan het zwembad zijn nieuw en sommige oud. Ook de kamers zijn wat versleten maar dit is waarschijnlijk de reden dat het wat goedkoper is dan andere resorts

Pros:

نظيف و مرتب . الغرف واسعة و الاسرة مريحة . الافطار جميل جدا و مناسب للعرب . المسبح كبير و راقي .لديهم خدمة توصيل مجانية من و الى المطار و كذلك الشاطئ .متعاونين و لطيفين .

Cons:

بجوار المطار مباشرة بعيد عن شاطي سينانج و الفعاليات . لكن جراب رخيص .

It’s worth the money !
Pros:

Location ! Right next to the airport. Bar staff were very helpful. Viki and his colleague (guy from Pakistan - I forget his name) were very friendly and accommodating!

Cons:

There weren’t much furniture in the room considering the size , and some towels were slightly dirty.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung, die Zimmer benötigen jedoch eine richtige Modernisierung.
Pros:

Die Gemeinschaftsflächen sind gepflegt und modern gestaltet. Zimmer waren sauber.
Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirken trotz Renovierungversuchen alt. Zudem war ein leicht muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Der Teppich vor dem Bett war schmutzig und sollte dringend erneuert oder besser ganz entfernt werden. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen.
