Pros:

A modern residential complex with everything you need inside. Good location.

Cons:

There's no description of how to find your room in a giant residential complex where access is by card (and different ones at that). The concierges didn't explain anything or help. It took over an hour to find and get into my room. It's a whole other quest.

Central location convenient to access anywhere in KL & PJ.

Cons:

Having to call for top up of water and coffee supplies. Also no supply of a cleaning cloth at all. Should be automatically done.
