Pros:

空間很大，有小廚房和餐具，也有洗衣機和烘衣機，就像住在家裡一樣舒服！
一樓和八樓有超市，頂樓有游泳池，整體環境和設備我都很喜歡。

Cons:

晚上附近的大馬路有人會飆車，噪音很大聲，就算在13樓也聽得見。清晨六點左右會聽見宗教廣播，對噪音敏感的要自備耳塞。

Pros:

1)房间新颖干净、基本设施齐全。

2) checkin 及check out快速方便。

3) 楼下还有小市场及不少的餐厅茶饮！！这点很赞很方便！

Cons:

1) 隔音不太理想，隔壁的人出入时，开关大门的声音非常靠近。还有晚上直到清晨都清晰听得见大道交通的声音。
2) 我居住的这间房间，灯光不够明亮。从入门、客厅、睡房、浴室、过道都只有温暖的黄色调而已。

A modern and spacious stay with excellent facilities and views
Pros:

The rooms were huge, modern, and very spacious, with comfortable beds and had great views. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was extremely convenient, and the gym, pool, plus the food and coffee spots downstairs added a lot to the stay.

Cons:

The main downsides were that the shower was never more than lukewarm and the room was never cleaned during our stay. There was also an issue at check-in where the deposit was accidentally charged at around 100 times the intended amount, which caused unnecessary stress, although it was later resolved.

Die Kantine.

Cons:

Waren ein Monat dort und kein einziges mal kam jemand vorbei und hat das zimmer saubergemacht bez. wenigstens gefragt. Sobald irgendwas ist, sind sie verlassen. Keiner der mitarbeiter dort hat irgendwas zu sagen bzw. können helfen. Nicht wieder.

A modern residential complex with everything you need inside. Good location.

Cons:

There's no description of how to find your room in a giant residential complex where access is by card (and different ones at that). The concierges didn't explain anything or help. It took over an hour to find and get into my room. It's a whole other quest.

Central location convenient to access anywhere in KL & PJ.

Cons:

Having to call for top up of water and coffee supplies. Also no supply of a cleaning cloth at all. Should be automatically done.
